Not really sure what happened. We lined up work with this company two weeks ago to complete a move and back for us at the end of an event we are servicing. Has been reliable in the past, but today they just completely ghosted us after we repeatedly called to get confirmation and time for pickup and delivery. Just absolutely no communication. Totally unprofessional and unresponsive.

We’re replete customers over the last few years. They Let us down today by not showing to complete our pre scheduled move on a strict time frame. When we called he was short and said “have I ever let y’all down” and then never showed. Not a way to run a business.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would in a heartbeat! I was on my way home to Austin coming from Houston. When I reached Ellinger, TX my power steering belt came off due to my AC compressor freezing up…the reason I know this is because after calling Colorado County Towing and Recovery, Glen came out and before loading my car up on his tow truck, he was kind enough to take a look under the hood of my car and tell me exactly what was wrong. After that, he drove me all the way to Austin, dropping me and my car off right at my house. Being a woman stranded, alone, in an area I was very unfamiliar with, I was scared and panicking, not knowing what I was going to do, and literally Glen saved the day. He made me feel safe and comfortable and was great company for the hour and a half ride back to Austin. I feel so blessed to have met him and I am beyond grateful for all his help. Oh and I will also add that his pricing is beyond reasonable and fair! The price I imagined I was going to have to pay (in my mind I was thinking an arm and a leg) for a ride all the way to Austin was no where near what I actually ended up paying! To anyone in need of a great towing and recovery service I would HIGHLY recommend calling Glen and using Colorado County Towing and Recovery!Services: Car towing

Great owner. He goes out of his way & is friendly with the best tow/storage fees. I've had 2 vehicles towed from an accident site & he unlocked a friends car for me. He was the only tow company to answer the phone on a holiday when my mom locked her keys in her car, & when he got here I found her keys & he refused to take payment for gas at the least. I recommend him, he is professional and friendly!10 ☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆ out of 5!

Came out on a Sunday to pull us out of a remote location that we'd got stuck in. Veteran, self-employed gentleman that worked hard and made easy work of getting us out of the mud.

I was helped by Glen and he helped us with our disaster of a broken down car become a calm and rather good experience. I was very impressed by how much he cared about us and went out of his way to make sure our needs were met so we had options to what we could do with our blown engine. He literally drove us around town to the dealership and made connections with people in town to help us find a deal with whatever option we chose to go with! Awesome guy and I'm happy we didn't run into this issue with the car 20 miles ago in another town!

I mean, I see the other negative reviews, but this guy showed up and towed my zero turn mower out of a pond that I drove it into (like a complete moron) and didnt even charge me for the help since I didnt have any cash. We're new in town and he gave me a handshake and said welcome to town. While I am concerned regarding the severity of the other review, I have to be honest that i didnt get any weird vibes from the owner and neither did my wife. Thankful for the help they provided to our family when we were in a bind.

I had a blow out in cat springs at 10:30pm, this was the only company available. At first he was friendly and helpful once we started driving he began to sexually harass me and make extremely inappropriate comments. As a women alone at night I was already afraid and on edge but his constant comments made it extremely worse! I had him tow me to a discount tire near a family members home and we had to take a back/side street where he proceeded to make even more comments to the fact where I was sure I was going to be kidnapped and or raped!!!!! Thank god I had the sense to have my family track my location and was on the phone with my father! He let me know that he only took cash and I would have a $50 hook up charge $50 dead mile charge for coming to get me and then $5 a mile charge. He tried to argue and tack on more mileage when I told him I needed to be towed to Katy. He then proceeded to tell me I needed to get a hotel once I got to discount thankfully my family pulled up at the same time!! PLEASE PLEASE BE CAREFUL!

When I called this guy he was going somewhere to eat and said he would call me back after. I explained that my Dad got his truck stuck in the mud about 10 or 15 feet from solid gravel road and needed a wench out. He said he wasn't too faraway from Columbus where we were. I asked him for a ballpark estimate. He said he could give me a ball estimate cause it just depends... how long it takes and other factor. I persisted how much?? He said it could be anywhere from $150 to $500. But regardless he needed to go and need to call me back. I then read his other two reviews haha. I was gonna ask him about the reviews but he never called back. He sounds pretty damn professional though so I got him a star;)
