Josh Miner is amazing! Super friendly, always helpful! His vehicle knowledge is fantastic, and is always willing to match you up with a vehicle that meets your needs and is willing to work within the price that you have in mind to spend. I would highly recommend Josh for all of your vehicle needs!

We had a bad experience from the beginning. We came to the store to negotiate a price on a vehicle and they would not budge and we had pre approved financing. We walked away from.the deal because they wanted to use their own financing and would not solidify the deal. Then the next day we get an email that they reduced the vehicle by $350. Brandon Scully, GM will not call you back either to allow us to share the experience. I would not so business with them at all!

This dealership is honest, don't run the agreed price up with phony add ons. Was a pleasure buying from honest people. These people whining about the dealership is out of touch with reality, and current market trends. Plus the dealership is in business to make money. They aren't going to sell a car for invoice. Those days are gone.

This place has absoluly no customer service. When I called about my ordered wheel locks for installation. I was transferred to four people that knew nothing I was talking about. They were suppose to be installed three weeks ago. No one know what I was talking about. I asked for a supervisor. I was send to a voicemail. I called again the guy answered the phone put it to the voice mall. Talk about Fork service? I think this was a dealing ship of the walking dead. No brain matter anywhere. No one with common sense no one to make a decision nothing a big black hold gulg. People go somewhere else to buy a gar to service a car to get part for a car or even to look at a car these maroon are just not there. Must of been an old old oil pit.

Just a heads up before you drive all the way out there, they are charging the "Market adjustment". Tacking in additional $5,000 on top the MSRP, originally they wanted an additional $10,000 over MSRP. After the typical haggling at the dealership got it down to the $5,000 over MSRP. Their reasoning for it was, because it was a "Special Order". - If your looking at ordering a vehicle, I would definitely recommend Mike Davis at Jordan Ford (210-373-6810). He is actually knocking $1,000 off the MSRP for special orders not adding $10,000. - On top of it all it took them almost two weeks to deliver the truck 100 miles down the road. It showed up dirty as could be, my kids said it was dirtier than their car seat. The outside had bird poop all over it and was dirty as well. - On our test drive the sales girl said it had a back up camera, delivered and go figure no back up camera. Also the seat had a tear in it where drivers left some lights with screws sticking out the bottom wear into the leather. Definitely if your unfortunate enough to buy from them, don't leave them a one start review till everything is taken care of. Service really goes down after that, and they don't even respond. My salesperson called asking me to take down this review, because it was going to kill her commission. Talk about a greedy dealership. Salesperson screws you out of a extra $5,000 and doesn't have everything they said it did. Then they keep her commission to yet. Cavender is making out like a bandit over there.

I would have given a zero star as that is not an option, let me tell you I have haggled with these guys for over a month on a used truck and finally got them to agree to my price, and even have the sales invoice and agreed upon by everyone, sent my excellent credit to them, and let them know I was coming in the next day and then they called me right before closing and said I'm sorry but someone higher up from a different location, said they couldn't sell it for that price, after I already have an agreed upon price. Then they push you to use their financing, which I don't need so they can get a kick back. This dealership not only needs new owners with ethics, but buyer beware as they are practicing deceptive trade practices and thus far have gotten away with it. My salesman was very diligent and good, even the GM agreed on the price. I've never been disrespected like this from any other dealership, period! IF, I had ever treated one of my very loyal customers this way, I would be out of business!!! and from I can read all a lot of reviews of this company, is that this is a normal practice for them. Lure them in and then screw them over... buyer beware!!!

These guys / gals made my truck buying experience amazing, especially in a time like todays market. I spent months getting the run around from other dealerships. It wasn't until I was told by family I should visit Cavender Ford. They gave me top dollar for my trade In and I was able to drive out with a new Ford Truck at the monthly payment I was expecting. Thank you Cavender Ford, I'll be back when I'm ready for another truck.

So I bought a used truck from them shortly after purchase I had a warranty issue. Dan at cavender ford and Zack in the service went above and beyond. I can be difficult and they met my expectations. They now have a life customer. They did stuff for me that they didn't have to. If anyones looking for a truck. Come to these guys.

I will say that my sales guy Dan Whitehair was awesome....10 stars! However the finance guy out right lied to me. I told him I had my own financing set up with TDECU and he said they are a preferred lender and to just go through the dealership since it was all still TDECU. Long story short, I wanted gap coverage and he charged me $995.00. I knew this was too high and TDECU always charged me $549.00. He said that what he was charging was TDECU's rate. I contacted the president of my TDECU branch and she said it should have been $549.00 This guy had no issue lying to my face, very disappointed. I have purchased at least 25 new ford vehicles and this guy acted like I was an idiot.
