Asked for 2 chicken breasts at the Columbus store deli, and when we got home, they were not breasts or white meat...not sure what they were...and they were very small. The time before when we got breasts, they were small, stringy and tough. First time was your fault, second was mine! I'm done! It used to be good, but I will not shop your deli again!

Brookshire Bros. is always clean.
Prices are fair. Deli has delicious choices.
The bakery has lots of cakes... cookies...pies...and pastries. Fresh and tasty.

I’m saddened to change my 5 star to 1 star. This is the second time I’ve bought expired food. First time it was chicken. This second time it was dry Lima beans. I noticed the Lima beans were soaking odd so I grabbed the packaged out the trash to check the date. I bought these 1-2 weeks ago. Flood club brand. So why are there expired dry beans on the shelf? Best by Dec ‘23 meaning they’re way older than that. This day and age you cannot just throw away dollars. I’m very disappointed and do not have the receipt for an exchange because who thinks they’re picking up expired dry beans? I won’t be shopping there again sadly… I guess I’ll deal with crowded HEB.. They need new management so the great cashiers they have stay and there isn’t expired product on shelves.
Original review: I really like that they’re friendly and everyone shopping seems to be friendly. It’s a smaller older Brookshire’s but it’s so much nicer not having to try to move around a crowd in HEB.

I love the Bakery Deli, it's a smaller grocery chain so it's not as crowded as the big stores. The employees are kind and helpful.

Went to Brookshire this week. One cashier at register 5 only...and she kept sending everyone to 1st register but no cashier. After going back and forth several times ...she finally paged someone and sent us back again and no one ever came. I went to bakery to get help and gentleman followed me out I thought to check us out, but he never showed up at register. Left my groceries in cart and left as another customer is telling us he has to leave his basket all the time due to lack of service. This store has really gone downhill. Not my first unsatisfied trip or walk out.

Older location and the building feels that way. The staff is friendly and efficient. Prices are generally a little higher but it is a convenient location. I will usually go there for their sale items or if I can't find something elsewhere.

Only stopped at the gas pumps and filled our tank. Whole property and equipment looked like it needed sprucing up!
