“Yesterday afternoon my truck broke down on I10. Luckily I was just across from Cavender. I called and Isley answered. Based on what I told him, he already knew what was wrong, I got the truck to him and he had someone working on it right away.
From greeting me with a smile, and an "I am glad you made it here", to being completely accommodating to the fact that I had my dogs in the truck with me, Isley was great.
Highly recommend Isley and the entire Cavender Ford service team, they were amazing”

“They repaired 2 mowers under warranty. One was a riding tractor and the other was a zero turn mower. Unfortunately , thanks to Mr. COVID, the required repair parts were back ordered, but I guess 4 week delay isn't bad in these days and times. The repair technician, Raylean, did an great job with the fix. Both machines ran better than ever.”

“If I could give more than 5 stars I would!!! My fiancé and I are traveling to San Antonio from Houston and it is raining pretty bad. My windshield wipers needed replaced BADLY so we searched up the nearest Auto Zone and went in to get new ones. We stopped in about 15 minutes until they closed (hate being that guy) and Braxton was SO quick to help us figure out what we needed. He even offered to help us install them on my car in the POURING rain. And he did!! Thank you thank you! Now we feel so much safer on this drive!!”
“Let me start with the emergency my mom had, while it's raining on i10 her driver side wiper flew off! She was about 6 miles from the Columbus exit and she went to a shop, the guy working there scolded my mom with me on speaker and told her he can't put a wiper on since hers flew off and doesnt have the size, so my mom left crying. I sent her to this Oreilly and I had called and spoke with Alex, I told him what happened and he told me he will definitely take care of her, and the best part ad before he hung up he asked me what year make model she had to get it ready for her, my mom walked in and Alex took care of it!! Thank you, also she called me 5 minutes after she left that's it's pouring rain now, just in time, thank you Alex!”

“Bought my first jeep this gorgeous pink color stood out and yelled buy me ! The staff is great. They had everything ready to go. I had driven 1.5 hours to pick my pretty girl up. I had contacted Faith in the beginning of the process on internet sales. She took it and ran with it. I have never been more thrilled with a vehicle in my life.
