Wendell was very helpful over the phone and sent pics of a specific chair I was looking for. It was Mothers Day morning and raining. I was desperately searching for patio chairs to complete a transformation before the wife returned home from packing up a college kid for the summer. I drove to Yard Art and Wendell matched my sense of urgency. We quickly identified the chairs after assessing a few options. Wendell had the chairs dried off and ready to go when I returned to pick them up. Much appreciated Wendell!!

Russell helped us with a warranty issue after having our furniture for 10 years. He had a solution for us in 5 hours. We just had to pay shipping for the part replacement. I will always pay a premium price for service like this!

Was in store good service. We're given the option if wait 2 weeks for delivery for brand new items or deliver quicker with floor items.. of course no rush in September so picked two weeks.. received a scratched fire pit, took pictures delivery guy said would let sales know and would get a call from sales man either way to follow up.No call next day till about almost 6pm I decided to call.. lady who answered phone was a little rude, said how can I help you I told her what was going on and never once apologized because was not aware of the situation blaming the delivery people for not letting them know. Said well what is your name you can tell me what happen all you want I don't know who I'm talking to. Before the call was done.. she said okay this is an easy fix will deliver one in two days. Again no professionalism not nice.Will I buy expensive furniture again, probably. Will I refer any one. Maybe not to this store.Buy floor items? We didn't buy floor items and if we did we were not aware as. The question was " do you want to wait two weeks to get your items new out of box or do you want floor items " we said new

We purchased our patio furniture over 15 years ago from Yard Art and all pieces are still in great condition. High quality and solid build. We had a few maintenance items to address with the wheels on the chaise. The warranty department was extremely helpful, with quick response and parts in stock. Great experience!

The Grapevine location didn't have what we needed in stock, so they called Colleyville. They confirmed they had what we needed. We arrived just a few minutes later and they had it pulled and ready for us. Friendly and professional!

We were referred to Yard Art & Fireplace in Colleyville by a separate vendor to look at patio umbrellas/awnings. Instead we happened to discover exactly the furniture arrangement that we had been searching for. Shannon was very engaging and very practical in her approach to our needs. By the time we got home the deal was made in our minds and a short phone call later we completed the sale. Job WELL DONE!
