This Walgreens is a smear on the area. All of Colleyville is beautiful and manicured. This store is outdated, dingy, and does not reflect the quality of the city. We refuse to buy anything from this location unless they invest in landscaping, a new sign, and improvements. The beauty of capitalism! We have choice!

Our experience at this pharmacy was fantastic. Especially our interaction with Cheryl. She went out of her way to make sure that we were able to get the help we needed-in the store and out. We are from the Dallas-Fort Worth area, live in Mexico.. Our roaming from AT&T was completely gone and we couldn’t get things like Uber that we needed to return to our hotel. She let us use her personal wi-fi to make sure that we got the ride we needed, and it really helped us out as we were extremely stressed. I am writing to tell you that you have a fantastic employee in Cheryl.. I am embarrassed that it took us so long to write this review. We intend to do so the next day but travel got in the way. Will you please share this with Cheryl and pass along our most sincere gratitude.

The Walgreens pharmacy is outstanding in customer service and prescription fulfillment. The drive up window is fast and reliable, making it an excellent time-saving feature for busy and time constraint customers. Walgreens also offers a full range of innoculations, that is, shots that are the most requested by medical professionals for their patients. This is a great place to do business and a better place to save money on many of your shopping needs.

Came here for my 11 month old's passport photo. Lady was impatient and didn't care to offer her service when we had asked for a picture redo for my baby. Take your business to Fedex by Hall Johnson instead. The guy there was extremely patient and tried to get the best photo for us unlike our experience at Walgreens

Went to get covid vac and every employee in pharmacy was clearly sick and this was illustrated by runny noses, sneezing and severe coughing. I almost walked out when I realized this but the pharmacist that gave the injection called my name immediately after I realized it. So I went ahead. Very negligent, unprofessional and utterly irresponsible to be at work in a pharmacy when you're that sick. I am absolutely furious. I got the flu so bD it was worse than covid

Worst Walgreens I have ever been to ever. It is very disorganized. Waited 20 after checking in for curbside pick up no one showed up, called the store as directed on their website and someone said I will send someone, and no one came for next 10 mins and I finally went in and no one was their at pick up location. This store should be closed as this was the worst Walgreens experience I have ever had unlike any other Walgreens. Should be closed or manager should be fired ASAP!

This particular location seems to be out of stock of most things all the time. Whether it be cosmetic items, food, or toiletries, it's tough to find what you need here. I suggest CVS or going to the Walgreens near Steeple Run.

For the times that I have been in the area and stopped by, the register staff have been friendly to me. You do need to make sure that the sales prices ring up correctly, but that is true for any store that you visit. I have not had any issues with any of the team members at this location.

If zero stars were option that's what they'd get. You can't speak to person when you call, only an automated computer. The pharmacy is closed at lunch hour, when everyone has time to go to the pharmacy, so you'll wait in line for half an hour when they finally reopen. They won't call you to tell you why a prescription isn't being filled, but they'll blame it on your physician who doesn't say "pretty please with a cherry on top" in the notes when a refill is authorized. They'll try to run your insurance without asking and treat you like a second class citizen if you attempt to use a discount card. Good luck staying alive while you wait for medication. Go somewhere else if you want to be treated like a human being instead of like cattle or livestock.

We have always had great service here at both the pharmacy & store. It is a very busy location so sometimes you have to wait or just plan on going during non peek hours.

Poor customer service. I visited them 3 times and still haven’t got my prescription filled. This is the third time visiting the pharmacy, stood in line, the tech verified my info and confirmed that the prescription is filled but they cannot dispatch it since it’s their lunch time. Seriously!! You couldn’t afford to spend another minute with a customer out of courtesy. I rather take my prescription to Albertosons pharmacy where customer service is their number one priority.

Currently sitting in line after waiting for 30 minutes just for 3 cars to get their prescriptions filled. If you can choose another pharmacy please do.
