Officially switching to CVS! Pharmacy here a sheet and utter disaster. Case in point- am waiting in drive thru line while person in front of me obviously having an issue and taking more than 15 minutes. Here's a thought: do like the fast food places and make someone either pull around or come inside if their issue is taking forever. What a mess, use some common sense people.

There's some real incompetence going on in the pharmacy. They have people working there who do not know how to work with insurances and doctors offices. A prescription is ordered, then, and you can't get it filled efficiently because they can't deal with insurances and medical offices effectively. I had a prescription called in for my daughter a week ago; they had to get authorization from the insurance. They gave me the run-around for 2 days, going back and forth between the doctor's office and the insurance. We're going on Day 7 and I STILL haven't been able to get the medication prescribed. We will be moving our prescriptions to another pharmacy.
