We worked with Heather Kaus, who is an experienced and knowledgeable professional. She answered our many questions, and also shared some relevant information we didn’t think to ask about. She was patient, and put no pressure on us. She followed up with us in timely fashion after the initial meeting, as I had requested, until the deal was done. Thank you.

I hate phone menus, waiting on hold and the whole experience of changing anything… until I met Jana Anderson. She’s phenomenal. It’s great to have a person to work on account problems on my behalf. See her here in Colleyville and you’ll love Verizon again.

Trey M was great to work with no problems at all. Overall it was the best experience I’ve ever had in getting a phone. He was funny and I was out of there in no time at all. He transferred the stuff from my old phone just like that without me even having to ask, it was just a fantastic experience!

Terrible customer service and communication by the manager Janna Anderson at Colleyville location off 26. Proceeds to argue with customers and interrupt. Do not use Verizon! This location has gone downhill very quickly. Completely unprofessional and does not back what they tell customers.
