Rise is a wonderful studio that packs a lot of options for your fitness quest. The instructors are highly skilled amazing individuals, and each class is filled with kindness and challenge. Rise offers its members many opportunities to be healthy and keep their bodies in shape. Among these are barre, cycle, yoga, and strength training classes. Instructors are trained to help participants keep their bodies in shape and also to help them modify exercises for personal injuries.The owners have created a nurturing atmosphere of friendliness and acceptance. Rise is a thriving community of women seeking physical health and thus receiving the inevitable mental peace and well being which results.

RISE is where you want and need to be for your fitness and health goals. You will be immediately greeted with the warmth of a supportive and FUN community that includes people of all ages and fitness levels. You will learn new things and find yourself pushing yourself to new levels, sometimes without evening noticing or while you are sharing a laugh in class. I cannot express how enough just how grateful I am to have found RISE! It has truly brought my health and fitness to new levels.

Love the community of women and how helpful and welcoming they are. I've been able to find flexible times to be able to workout for my busy schedule and have certainly noticed the change in how i feel with the continuous workouts. I love that it's not 'just barre' classes and that they have strength workouts, yoga and cycle. Christina, the owner, is always available to help with suggestions for how to alter the workout for your own needs as well as offers nutrition advice! love this place.

I love these workouts! There is a little bit of everything: spin, barre, yoga, weights. The instructors are amazing at keeping me engaged and motivated, so no matter my energy level there is a class that gets me moving. And everyone is so kind. It really is a community.

I absolutely love every single instructor, atmosphere, music, essential oils, peace, meditation and companionship this studio offers! You will never feel bad for taking a break. In fact, you are encouraged to listen to your body. They will also work with you and are flexible when life hits you! I can’t recommend enough! I’m a 5 yrs and counting member! Look forward to many more years!

The instructors are encouraging and gently correct alignment in order for those taking classes to get a safe and thorough workout! No matter how often I take classes, I am continually challenged.The atmosphere is one that encourages working at your own pace, is non-competitive and supportive. I love how the instructors learn your name. The community is so welcoming to newcomers!

Rise is a wonderful community of women in all stages of life. The instructors meet you where you are and help you modify as you build strength and endurance. They also challenge and encourage throughout each workout. I can never decide which classes or instructors I like the best. They’re all different in the best ways!

I absolutely love this place! I joined in May 2022 after wanting to find a place for postpartum recovery and am so happy I was referred to TDM. They are all about making sure you move your body in a way that will not cause harm or injury. It was so refreshing to find a studio that will correct your form gently and be so encouraging in the process. I loved it so much I signed up for 2 year membership! I highly recommend The Dailey Method.

TDM-such a special place to call home for a kick your tail workout with people that meet you where you are but willing to push you to the next level. I feel and look better now than I did 4 years ago due to my barre classes and an encouraging atmosphere that keeps me coming back for more!

TDM Colleyville provides a great workout every time! Bonus, the community of people there are even better! The studio has fun barre, yoga and cycle classes at all different times to suite anyone's busy schedule.
