If you have a pair of Birks whose demise seems imminent, fear not! This is the place to go to have them restored--it is far cheaper than buying a new pair, though they have those, too. Plus, the leather--err, Naugahyde? Oh, I meant Birko-flor, sorry, shoulda added a trigger warning up top... well, at least the material of your shoe will be already broken in. The cobbler is a miracle worker. Though I doubt that is what it says on their business card, but who knows. The Birkenstock USA website may have items that they keep "exclusive," but it's a shame, since I believe they would fly off the shelves here (after all, it does cater to a market of people who like comfortable--if at times quirky shoes--). My third pair of Arizonas--which I bought at this store--well, it's been a minute-- is about to go in for a second retread. I am not making this up, and I'm offering an unpaid opinion (not even affiliate-linked!! ): The staff is WONDERFUL, and they back it with top-notch service.

I’ve been here twice now and have been very satisfied with their service! It’s never busy so you get that one on one attention. I knew what I was looking for both times and called ahead to check their stock. Got there and was given plenty of time to try on and walk around. Prices are the same as Birkenstock website, so it’s better to shop local and go pick up same day!!

Bought some Birkenstock Boston shoes today and some Birkenstock insoles, and I can tell you the insoles improved my foot problem instantly when I put them in my Hoka shoes! Great store and super friendly service ,will recommend!

Called ahead to make sure they had what I was looking for. They did! Showed up about half an hour later, was greeted at the door and helped with what I needed immediately. The gentleman was extremely knowledgeable, knew EXACTLY what I needed and how to tweak the shoe to fit just right. I'm brand new to Birks so I am super grateful I bought these in person so I ended up with the right size. I am really pleased with my new work shoes and have a feeling I'll be back for more Birks in the near future. ☺️ Thank you very much for the great customer service, I sure do love to support local businesses vs Amazon! This way I know what I'm getting is authentic!!!! Their prices were actually even less than Amazon FYI!

I love this place. A friend took me here because I was having serious trouble with my feet. I believe my arch was about to fall. She suggested the birkenstock insole. I had tried every insole on the market with no relief. Im so glad I decided to try this one. What a difference. I swear by the insoles. They are a bit expensive but worth every penny.People were great. So very nice and very helpful.

Went in and looked around. Not alot of selections. One person working helping one other person in store. Didn't have what I needed but I did buy a $64 arch support. Not an overwhelming first experience.
