  I scheduled a Rapid Antigen Covid test for 12:45 PM on 1/3 as required for a trip out of the country departing on Tuesday 1/4. At 6:56 PM on 1/2, I received a text message stating “due to the nationwide shortage of Rapid Antigen tests, you will need to reschedule your appointment to a later date”. I had to locate another facility to perform the test on extremely short notice. Absolute horrible customer service. Do not utilize this facility for travel testing!!

  I highly recommend On Demand Covid Test. We had positive experience at Colleyville location. It was drive-thru, the swab process was done in a few minutes, the customer service was excellence, and the test results were fast. We would definitely come back to On Demand should we need PCR test again in the future.
