Bride beware!!! Hard to articulate the disappointment in my experience with Montclair. This venue only cares about making money and doesn’t actually care about you having the wedding of your dreams unless it means they can line their own pockets. We were so excited about having our wedding here, but moved out of state and canceled over 200 days out. Unfortunately, the owner was unwilling to speak with us regarding a partial reimbursement for our nearly $5000 deposit (all paid within 60 days of signing) and proposed a contingency agreement that was designed in their favor, photo below. Our wedding was supposed to be 2/24/24 and I haven’t heard anything from Allison or Montclair since 10/14/23. The way they work with their exclusive caterer, CN catering, also blurs lines because Allison is an employee of both and they can pick and choose the scope that falls under each company to their own benefit. If you’re set on this venue, negotiate the cancellation language to hold onto as much of your $ as possible for as long as possible. Otherwise, take your hard earned money and have your wedding ANYWHERE ELSE. The way they run their business is shady and they don’t care about you.

Don’t have your wedding here - these sheisters kept our deposit after we canceled over 200 days out because we moved out of state… they refused to work/negotiate with us as soon as we notified them. FYI for anyone interested in working with these folks… Allison and David are the people we worked with. Terrible people. Allison, David, and Montclair mgmt….The audacity to say that you get to keep thousands of dollars of my deposit for catering is sickening to me. These people do not have your best interest at heart. Y’all can eat it. We had a lovely weeding elsewhere…Allison, David, I hope this happens to you in this future… you deserve it.

Montclair, CN and Allison exceeded our expectations. Everything was perfect. We had many gluten free guests and they got gluten free meals that they raved about. Many of our guests have commented on how great the food was - not typical wedding food! Allison was incredibly helpful and professional from our first meeting through the evening of the wedding. She was extremely helpful. Montclair is a beautiful venue and every staff member was helpful, courteous and professional. If I could give 10 stars I would!

I can tell you first hand, the Montclair and its staff make this the best place to get married in DFW. My wife had an extensive list of things she was looking for when finding a venue and the Montclair beyond surpassed her expectations. Not only is this a great wedding venue, but it is also a great space to hold your next event. The owners are great to work with as well. 5 stars all around.

We have personally attended several events and weddings at Montclair and each one has been excellent and beautiful. The staff is so accommodating and friendly. Highly recommend!

As someone who helps plan and execute events I thought the venue was nice, staff friendly and the food was excellent. I would definitely plan an event there in the future.

Only reason this isn’t a one star review is because the place is decent visually. Everything else was terrible. The food especially. Barely gave enough food to feed a babe. Cocktail hour food was very limited. Most guest did not even get anything. Main course was the worst steak and chicken I’ve ever had. If you require that people use their catering, make sure your food is top notch. This was the exact opposite. Would never recommend this place. The staff was nice, management needs help.

Allison at Montclair was amazing. She was extremely helpful in planning our 25th wedding vow renewal. She was professional, detailed and knowledgeable. It is such a beautiful facility and would highly recommend you check them out

They deleted my last review, they are racist & rude. Customer service was terrible. Food was terrible. We ended the wedding early bc everyone’s on staffs attitude was so rude. They ruined my aunt and uncles wedding.
