“We had no idea the locations near us AND at the Grapevine mall were permanently closed, so coming to this place was not planned at all -- but we saw it was close enough and had good reviews. And I'm so glad we went because WOW!!! What a pleasant experience. I don't usually enjoy going to these types of stores because it always feels like I'm being pressured and stared at but Mary made it such a comfortable environment. She helped us in finding the exact pillows+pillowcases we needed and order them for delivery. We also got to walk out with a silk pillowcase that happened to be on close out. I made a comment that one day we'll finally get one of the beds, and she casually walked us through a sheet of bed types, financing, etc. for us to consider for later. There was no pressuring or pushing at all. We got exactly what we came for, and a little more, and met a sleep professional that we'll definitely keep in contact for future purchases.”
