“I came to drop off a package not knowing my item needed to be taped and instead of them charging me, the front desk girl taped my item for free! She stated labels that say “customer packed” MUST be packaged and taped and if your return label says “No box no label” they can tape it for you no charge.
Aliza (I misspelled her name) was very kind, professional and helpful. She offered me free tape just this once since I didn’t know and saved me $7 from buying a brand new tape!”
“I walked into this location and the line was nearly out the door, but I was quickly seen to have my package processed because of Max. He was awesome, quick, efficient and friendly. Made sure everyone was greeted and satisfied with their drop off. I was in and out in less than 8 minutes with a long line in front of me it was impressive to watch and see the line dwindled down fast. Thank you so much for the fantastic service.”
“There are no other mailing service companies that I trust more with my shipments. I own an apparel company and it is critical that things are shipped, labeled and sent correctly. I’ve had numerous issues with other businesses, but never with Mail and Copy Shoppe in Southlake. I trust them with all of my business and personal shipping needs. “This UPS store is absolutely fantastic—consistently delivering outstanding service! I believe I’ve made use of nearly every service they offer, and each experience has been top-notch. Most recently, I had an urgent need to get important documents from Flower Mound all the way to Portugal. They shipped on Monday, and incredibly, they arrived by Wednesday of the same week! That kind of speed and reliability is nothing short of amazing.

“Dropped of a return package and young man who helped me couldn’t have cared less for helping me. Usually the two gentlemen who own the company are exceptional and friendly but this man was almost rude.
Not the same customer care. I love this location but this was an off day for sure for customer service. No thank you or any eye contact. Nothing. I know returns are probably a pain to deal with.
I will still do business here andI have been a good customer since they opened.”

Yes, I had to find out what his name was because he is quite intelligent, knowledgeable and evermore a polite respectful gentleman.
He has never made me feel incompetent nor ignorant for my lack in knowledge when it comes to the IT part of things. I told him (and Ozair, his co-worker) that he has the patience of Job. I then asked him if he knew who Job was and his response was…”Yes, Madam”.

“Had a very complicated usps label printing issue. Got help from Logan who persevered until he figured out a solution and was able to print the label successfully. Usually it’s a pretty easy process, but today something was off and
my multiple attempts to print the label just
weren’t working. Throughout the process he remained upbeat and patient and treated me like i was his most important customer of the day. : )”

They have fun birthday cards, Texas Souvenirs, Dog/Cat toy and supplies, lotions, standard office supplies, PO Boxes, old school candies, smell good things and other random gifts and not too expensive. “I had one of the best experiences I've ever had at a post office here. The clerk taking my packages and kindly scanning them for me and giving me a receipt was courteous and informative. Well I've had a ton of good experiences with USPS clerks unfortunately not all of them are like this. It's very nice to see someone doing their job with excellent customer service skills.”

“Probably a great place to do business but it would be appreciated if the accurate holiday hours were reflected. I just made a 15 minute drive out in the rain as it stated Christmas Eve hours open until 4:30 only to arrive and see it’s closed. The notice on the door states they’re closed Christmas Day, but doesn’t mention Christmas Eve so it’s a bit confusing.”
