Shane Foley and his team worked with my husband and I to get our first home. We appreciate all the hard work he did. He helped us every step of the way through out this process and was very communicative at all times. We were always comfortable if we needed to ask any questions or had any doubts about our case. All though it was a challenging process he made it look easy for us. We’re very thankful!

Shane Foley and his excellent team worked with me every step of the way on my VA home loan process. I’m not the easiest person to get along with when it comes to big financial decisions but Shane and his team understood how stressful it can be and always made sure to answer my questions and discuss any concerns I had. The process was made easy by Shane’s knowledge and he has a large contact base to ensure a smooth closing process! I got an excellent rate and he even walked me through how much extra I could put down to bring my rate even lower which I did put a little more down to help with that. I am very happy in my new home!!!

Shane helped my sister and I buy our first home. He was very patient, and gave us any information we needed to help get us through the home buying process. He is very easy going, easy to talk to, and found us a low rate and affordable monthly payments. He worked great with our Realtor and they were able to get us an amazing first home. Shane was amazing. We sold our home in Washington and bought one in Texas. It was the most stressful thing I have ever done. All the stars had to aline perfectly. Shane took daily calls from me reassuring me that things were all ready on his end and calming my nerves. He was on top of everything and made sure that all parties involved were doing their part.
