What a great crew that works at this location! Excellent customer service by Caity - I had to rush an important package to Quantico, VA. Caity went above and beyond to make sure we packed things to where it PERFECTLY fit in the less expensive envelope, as opposed to a box. She had a great attitude and she made my day. I’ll definitely return for other services. Thanks, Caity!

Called about redirecting a package and Jade was helpful in lmk when in the process I could redirect. Very good customer service.

An employee named Jade helped chase down a bicycle thief on1-11-24. She was very empathetic to the young woman whose bike was stolen. Kudos to her for getting involved & caring!!!

Will not release my insured box. Said it would be delivered yesterday by ground now want to resend it by air. Ron in Tennessee said he would call me for 3rd time and he didn’t They have opened it and gone all through it. I am moving from Fl to Tx and I had all my medication from all the years in it along with spices and a mat I need for medical reasons. Just had major back surgery that is going to take a year to fully recover. I am 77 and don’t need this headache right now!!!

We came to this location around 9am for my 11 month old passport photo since USPS had cancelled on us. The gentleman helping us was patient throughout the entire picture taking process while being short staffed. We really appreciated him and his amazing service.

All I needed was a copy. I walked in put my credit card in the machine, made two copies, one 11X17 and one letter size, both in color and $2.08 later I was done. Quick and easy, but not cheap. I think the post office must send people here continuously to get copies and photos for passports.

Fedex as a company has had some delivery issues probably do to Covid but the people at this location are very helpful and friendly.

Jade works here. The staff is excellent. I’d go just to see jade and buy a candy bar but sometimes I have things that need shipped and fedex does that. Did I mention Jade works here. That is all.

Jade made my experience at this store! I was nervous to use the copy machines as I was photocopying a delicate 110 year old newspaper article and she was able to use her machines to make a perfect double-sided image while causing no damage to the original. I will definitely be back!
