Been coming here since I was child. I’m glad y’all still offer after hours clinic appointments. The flexibility and service has always been top notch I’m glad that I’m still in the era to be able to go here.

I used to love coming here as a patient but the morale of this office and change of staff is awful you cant get through the phones cant get a return call back after leaving several voicemail's I was in disbelief when I came in this office and my two sweethearts at the front desk Liah and Wally weren’t there anymore completely shocked those two ladies held it down and were a complete joy so funny and knew almost everyone by name the patients loved those two young ladies If my father couldn't reach his nurse he knew one of those 2 ladies could fix his problem and get the job done and they literally would do it for him now this new staff at the front is bottom of the barrel the worst I don't know if it was new management or not as to why they aren’t there anymore but Colleyville needs to do whatever they can to bring those ladies back office just looks completely dreadful

As others have stated, the service here has not only gone downhill, it has fallen off of a cliff. I have gone here since I was a child, but as doctors have retired, it continues to decay and after 30 years I will be going elsewhere. I am a very low maintenance patient, I just need my inhaler filled once a month. Yet every month, family healthcare associates makes it a headache and a hassle to do just that. The staff from the front desk to nurses are completely incompetent. Most days I call, the line is busy. Don’t expect a callback from Dr Abraham or her nurses for weeks at a time, if ever. Patient care is a joke here.

I went to the After Hours clinic last night and my experience couldn’t have been any better. From the front desk to the doctor everyone was friendly and nice and the help I received was quick and and efficient. My PCP is at the Glenview location but this was an emergency and I couldn’t get in with her and this was the earliest place I could get in at. My appt was at 6 and I was back in my car by 7, with everything resolved. They were literally a Godsend!!! I would definitely go back if ever in a dire need again!

The care here has really gone downhill. I’ve been going here for a few years, but my doctor is on leave, and I’ve been trying for 2 weeks to get someone to answer on a prescription request. I’ve sent emails, left voicemails and no one calls me back.It’s time for me to find another facility that actually cares and responds to their patients

Be prepared to wait 60+ minutes for your scheduled appoiment and to never be able to get a hold of anyone other than the appointment clerk (who has no answers for anything other than scheduling and canceling appointments and is also rude)

I have been here just twice and was able to be scheduled same day each time. The staff are stern and thorough with covid precautions which includes sanitizing, temperature check, and face mask requirement. Dr. Kagwima was very thorough and had the time to explain on any concerns through a virtual visit.

Dr. Ashrafain is a great doctor but the office staff is HORRIBLE!! My husband has been seeing Dr. Ashrafain years before he permanently moved to this colleyville office and everything was Awesome. The colleyville office people don't care about a person's well being. My husband was almost out of his medicine that he has to take daily. He had been calling for 2 weeks to get refills, but no response. (This is not the first time this has happened) Finally after being out for 5 days he got a response and had to make an appointment first, no problem. But worst part is they didn't fill the RX correctly and would not correct it costing him alot more $$$$ because insurance would not cover it and THEY KNEW THE INSURANCE WOULD NOT COVER THE RX AND DID NOTHING TO CORRECT IT, NOTHING TO HELP THEIR PATIENT SAVE SOME SMALL AMOUNT ON THE COST! (Not the first time) HORRIBLE COLLEYVILLE OFFICE STAFF!!!

Poor service! This clinic plays with peoples time and has no respect to the ill. Set an appointment for 2:20, here it is 3:37pm only had prescreening done and no further assistance or contact by the office. Horrible place.

We went there today 06/26/22 my wife my child and myself we all feel really bad and the website says they are open from 1 to 4 we waited until 2 and the doors never opened so I called and the recording said they were open from 9 am till 1 pm so thanks for Wasting my time yall should get your website on the same page
