So much so, that I came back 2 months later to build another computer. And wouldn't you know that the MSI GeForce RTX 4090 price came WAY down. Unfortunately, this store can't honor the MyVerizon apps' price, and you aren't even given this store as an option to pick up products purchased through the Verizon store. The employees have always been professional with me.”
“I went in yesterday, after having no luck at my nearest T-mobile, trying to see what my options were for getting a replacement/new phone. I had recently damaged my phone and my nearest t-mobile was no help at all. We have insurance on all our devices and the nearest t-mobile didn't help or offer any assistance.
So we drove out to Euless, approximately 30 minutes away, because at this point my phone was basically useless.
We worked directly with Kim R. (Mobile Expert) and that she was! Not only did she help in filing an insurance claim but broke down the costs of the deductible vs. paying the taxes/fees for a new device.
She honestly couldn't have been more helpful. I ended up upgrading to a brand new phone and she even stayed late (after closing hours) to make sure that the new device has all of my information from my old phone and was working 100%.
The drive out to Euless was definitely worth the AMAZING QUALITY OF CUSTOMER SERVICE. If i could give Kim more than 5 stars I would!”
