Dr. Kallal has been assisting my family for over 10 years. I truly would never consider ever going anywhere else.

Dr. Kallal has always been extremely kind and professional along with other staff. I was very impressed with the entire process and how quickly he was able to help. I couldn't even finish my paperwork before he entered the room.

I've been a patient of Dr Kallal for over 2yrs. He is my primary care provider. I love the office staff and the nurses. All have given me nothing but the best care and service. I look forward to seeing them all. Dr Kallal has been very responsive to me during our visits and always listens to what I have to say and discusses my care with me.

I have been a patient of Dr. Kallal for many years. He is smart, understanding, caring, with a sense of humor. I've been very grateful for the care he and his staff have given me. Even tho I am a stubborn, uncooperative, and old-fashioned patient, they always treat me with respect, and manage somehow to solve my problems. Dr. Kallal and his staff deserve a 5 all the way!

Today is my worst day in life because of visiting this place. My daughter got her vaccine which was required by the Keller isd last year in March. It supposed to be free with or without insurance. No one told me I will be charged for hundreds of dollars for a vaccine which required by school district. I paid over $200 after trying so hard or else I would have to pay maybe a thousand dollars ( which I don’t know why). And I’v never be reminded for the 2nd dose which supposed to be done half year ago.I called today and they said they don’t have the vaccine anymore. I went to their office, asked for a refund and they called police man to kick me out. Why? Because I’m a poor lady with no help and you guys have a group of people? OMG it’s scary! And no fair. This place make me so disappointed of the world and life.

The only reason my mother attended this practice was that she saw excellent PA’s and did not have to deal directly with Dr Kallah. When she did see him, (because her PA had quit)he was pompous, arrogant and treated my mother and sister with extreme disrespect.

As new patients, our family was very disappointed with their process. First appointment was only a consultation with a nurse. The follow-up appointment again was with a nurse not Dr. Kallal. Third visit was for lab work but when you arrive the front office said you need an appointment to see Dr. Kallal, first and he assignes lab work. We were charged already two office visits before seeing Dr. Kallal. Third visit which was only supposed to be for lab work not Dr. Kallal. He did not have a professional bedside manner so we decided to find another family practice for our family. We have never seen a practice where your charged three times before getting annual lab work or to see the doctor. We always have met the doctor at the first appointment.

Best family doctor in the state, possibly the county. He literally saved my life after being discharged from Medical City Denton, left to die. I was instructed to follow up with my PCP and he knew IMMEDIATELY what was wrong when after 3 weeks in the hospital, hundreds of tests, they still couldn't figure anything out. I hope the office opens back up soon, I've been a patient since I was 14! Hope this amazing doctor comes back to practice... best wishes Dr Kallal ♥️

The practice is closed until further notice per their voicemail. Doors are closed and signage has been taken down I showed up for my appointment only to find out all appointments are cancelled. For years I depended upon this group for care, but it has withered away, apparently for good.

I’ve been with this practice for well over ten years. It has slightly gone downhill.Customer service over the phone could use improvement. The office closes at Noon on Fridays, but any time I called after 11:00AM, I’d either get no answer, or be answered by an answering service. There was an incident when I called around 11:00 on a Friday and they refused to speak to me, as I was told by their answering service. The woman with the answering service was polite and even offered apologize on their behalf. I needed a refill on meds before the weekend... Rather, they told their answering service person to tell me, to call back on Monday during business hours... it was 11:15 and they close at 12:00. I’m only venting about this issue because it has happened more than once.Edit: I will add, the team with this practice has shown great improvements. There appears to be an ongoing effort to continue this pattern.Edit, again: they’ve completely reverted back to their old ways. After 14 years with this practice, I firmly believe they’ve hit rock bottom. I truly hope Dr. K can get himself together, but he should probably just retire to focus on himself and his own well-being. I have now left them and found a new provider.

I see Jonathon and i have never had any issues when i go to my appointments. He is such a caring provider and really takes his time with his patients. The staff has been kind and very helpful. It is normal for appointments to take longer than expected, after all we expect the best care so we should also understand when they may run behind. Thank you all!

Front desk personal very friendly. Appointment time met on time but not with Doctor. Made appoint to see the Doctor (my first visit) never saw him and was told he wasn't even in the office. The PA I saw just wanted to tell me what HE wanted to do and I had done it all that he suggested. He never listened to me at all.?? Wanted to do tests that are not for what I had problem with. Found it to be useless to go there. Wont go back.

Jonathan is such an incredible provider. I was so nervous about being seen and he was so great on educating me. He was great about following up and has continued to keep the door open should i have any questions. So grateful for his true compassion in the field. The assistants are very kind and listen to your concerns. Thank you all so much. -ingrid

Dr. Kallal has played a major part in ruining the life of someone close to me by continually prescribing opioids over a prolonged period of time. Opioids are an extremely addictive drug, and are only meant to be taken for short periods to deal with intense pain. Dr. Kallal obviously knows that, and didn't seem to care. It's the responsibility of the doctor to inform the patient of the harmful effects of prolonged opioid usage, and also the doctor's job to stop prescribing them. Dr. Kallal did neither, and showed he cares much more about money than the well-being of his patients. Do not give this man your money and allow him to continue to do this to other people.
