“Love shopping for grandson at this sweet store. Staff is friendly and helpful, and clothing is clean and truly "gently worn." I'm not much on digging for finds but have found some great deals on shoes for a toddler who goes through sizes so quickly. We purchased a pair of light up sandals here, and he loves wearing them and stomping his feet to make the lights flash. Most of all, I appreciate businesses where young families can purchase very affordable clothing, toys and other necessary items for their kids. If you are looking for a place to donate gently used clothing, I would suggest Once Upon A Child.”

“This is such a sweet place that our little girls will remember for a long time. The employees (head princess Elsa) was very believable and knowledgeable about all Disney princesses. She paid special attention to each little girl. They got to pick out which princess dress they wanted to wear. Princess Elsa and an assistant painted their finger nails, and added makeup. They were educated about tea party etiquette and then had a tea party. Our girls adored the time there.”
“Carter’s always has the cutest baby clothes. Especially since Babies ?? R Us and Buy Buy Baby no longer exist. It’s one of the few options to physically shop for baby clothes and more.”
“I’ve always had a good experience with kid to kid! I have 2 little girls and when they outgrow or no longer use their toys, I bring them to kid to kid. They will review the item and give me an in store offer or a cash offer. It’s awesome!!! It’s easier to sell to kid to kid vs the hassle of selling online! Thank you!!!”

“Great Customer Service from Karina, the store manager!!! I order three pairs of shorts in multiple colors online. I received my online order today and the shorts were a little shorter than I like. Furthermore, I called Into Nautica, grapevine mills, location and Ms. Karina, was accommodating from the start. I ask for the 10” Inseam shorts and promptly placed me on hold and looked for my sizes and held them for me until I was able to get to the store and exchange the shorts. Ms. Karina, Was professional and friendly with the other customers as I was waiting in line she had a smile on her face and very helpful even discussing the Nautica and Lucky Brand merger, and I wasn’t aware of that! I shop at lucky brand as well. Ms. Karina, keep up the great customer service, it goes along way with people seriously.”
“Lauren (I saw in another review that she is a manager at the Tanger location in Ft. Worth) was exceptionally helpful! I was looking for an 18 month size in a clearance item, but did not have the number needed to look it up. Once again, she took a lot of time to search for the item online and in other stores. She advised me to call back with the needed number (I had it at home, over an hour away), which I did. She was able to find the item in a store nearer to me, called that location to confirm and ask for it to be held for me. I told her how much I appreciated her “five-star” help. She replied that they are there to help the customer in any way they can. It is RARE to experience GREAT customer service-even if with just a smile and pleasant attitude-let alone, going out of the way to go beyond good customer service to help a customer. This lady deserves a promotion!!”
“10/10 Gavin was amazing and so patient with me. Sometime when you go shopping and you don’t look your best the sales associates will completely ignore you. I was having such a hard time finding shoes last minute and I decided to stop in buckle on the way to my car. Gavin was so kind and sweet and helped me pick out the perfect pair of shoes to go with my dress!!”

“Jane and Kathleen helped us at the southlake location on Feb 25, 2024. The vibe of the store is very calm and positive. They outfitted my tween granddaughter with several things and she was thrilled! Everyone who works there is warm and welcoming. I highly recommend this store over Lululemon, which has a very chaotic atmosphere.”

“I love the Gap and Banana Republic's clothing. We also get Old Navy for the kids. Gap/Banana is a tad bit expensive but I love the quality and simplicity. Keep this company in business. They're still a quality brand. This store has great service.”

“Precious boutique on Main St in Grapevine. We have appreciated the quality clothes they carry. While we love to support small businesses, the clothing does tend to be a bit overpriced compared to other boutiques that carry the same brands. But the staff are friendly and the boutique is precious!”
“Old Navy is soooo cool! They have lots of comfy clothes made of soft cotton from other places. And they have sizes for everyone! The sales are like hidden treasure chests with super cool shirts and pants. Kids' clothes are the BEST there! It's like a fun adventure every time you go!”

“Place always has great deals and a wide selection of clothes for boys/girls. Been coming here for years and can say I haven't had any issues with the customer service or the clothes we've purchased. People have to understand since this place is located in a mall, they can try their best to make sure everything is organized but people will come and make a mess of things.”
“Worth the drive! stroller fits through most of store. Floors are clean most of the time. Mostly women's some men and little of girls, boys and babies. A bathroom is close by but not inside store. Parking lot spaces also can be found right next to store.”

“All I have is one word for my experience and that’s Lucy! Lucy went above and beyond to help me find a blazer that was at a different location. She put the blazer to the side and even helped me find a blouse to match. She made me feel comfortable and welcomed. If you didn’t know you would have thought we were friends. “We love this JCPenney. It's the absolute best one around. It's nice, newly remodeled, very clean, and roomy. It could be a little better stocked with merchandise, but we had some good luck shopping there yesterday. Unfortunately, the restroom downstairs was horrible. It was filthy and really smelled. I have to admit, I was really shocked to find the restroom there in such awful condition. Still, I definitely recommend this JCPenney, and the entire Northeast Mall.”

“We ordered online and picked up in person - just to have the kids try on what I bought and see if we needed to adjust in sizing. When we arrived we were greeted kindly. Ashlyn was super sweet and helped us get our order and get two fitting rooms for our 4 kids. We tried on everything and she helped me make the necessary changes in sizes. It was worth the trip!!Kids love the uniforms and are excited for this school year!PS. be warned they have the cutest mini American Girl size uniforms for your girls...adorbs!! You're gonna want to get one :)”
