They carry a pretty solid collection of shirts (although I really wish they carried sports shirts, like jerseys). The ladies are always super helpful to assist me in finding the appropriate type of vinyl, how much I will need, and the best colors if I have any questions. I don’t do these projects often so I feel like a forever newbie and they are so helpful in every way!!”
“For my daughter's 7th birthday, I gave her the option of a party at home with lots of friends, or a super special day with just one or two friends. She chose the super special day, and just wanted her best friend there. We brought the girls to lunch at my daughter's favorite restaurant, and then to Let's Pretend for a princess day!! Both girls had so much fun picking out a dress, having their nails and makeup done, and being declared princesses. The tea party was wonderful & delicious. But the girls favorite part was the dance party at the end! It was truly a fantastic day, and both girls say it was the best birthday ever! We will for sure be back!”

Janie and Jack never disappoint! ? I found the cutest sunglasses ?️ for my daughter, and it was her very first pair ever! ? She looks adorable in them! I also grabbed a super adorable pair of shoes ?. This isn’t the first time we’ve shopped here – we’ve picked out outfits in the past, and they’ve always been absolutely adorable! ?✨ Every time we shop here, I’m impressed by the quality and style. Highly recommend for anyone looking for chic and stylish kids’ clothes! ??”
“Lauren (I saw in another review that she is a manager at the Tanger location in Ft. Worth) was exceptionally helpful! I was looking for an 18 month size in a clearance item, but did not have the number needed to look it up. Once again, she took a lot of time to search for the item online and in other stores. She advised me to call back with the needed number (I had it at home, over an hour away), which I did. She was able to find the item in a store nearer to me, called that location to confirm and ask for it to be held for me. I told her how much I appreciated her “five-star” help. She replied that they are there to help the customer in any way they can. It is RARE to experience GREAT customer service-even if with just a smile and pleasant attitude-let alone, going out of the way to go beyond good customer service to help a customer. This lady deserves a promotion!!”

“Worth the drive! stroller fits through most of store. Floors are clean most of the time. Mostly women's some men and little of girls, boys and babies. A bathroom is close by but not inside store. Parking lot spaces also can be found right next to store.”
“I went into the Gap in North East Mall today. I was having trouble locating a pair of jeans I had found a model wearing on the website, on the website for purchase lol. The mall is not my jam so I was not excited at all. The sales associate Lisa was so spectacular! I explained the situation, showed her the picture and she went right to them. She even had the size just about on the nose just by looking at me. She was friendly, helpful and informed me of the sales today. She gave me her opinions on everything I tried on. I needed that because like I told her, my husband’s doesn’t count. He says I look good in everything ? lol. She made me actually want to go back. Thank you Lisa!”

“We shopped in the girl section. We found some good items. There wasn't an abundance of inventory in this section. They did have quite a few jean styles. The store was clean and well organized. It is spacious. Check out was easy. We did get hassled to get the store credit card and had to decline it repeatedly after saying no the first time. I don't like to be hassled. Plenty of novelty type stuff on clearance at registers.”
“I recently visited Carter's store with my daughters, we had such a lovely experience! The store was bright and full of adorable outfits for children of all ages. What really stood out to me, though, was Lolo, the assistant manager. She was incredibly helpful and greeted us with a warm smile as soon as we walked in, and helped us To find exactly what we needed, suggesting some cute items based on what I mentioned my kid likes. It was like talking to a friend who really knows their stuff! She even pointed out some great sales and made sure we were comfortable, Thank you For the best Service .”

“Precious boutique on Main St in Grapevine. We have appreciated the quality clothes they carry. While we love to support small businesses, the clothing does tend to be a bit overpriced compared to other boutiques that carry the same brands. But the staff are friendly and the boutique is precious!”

“I've never had a bad experience at this location. I shop here often since Vineyard Vines is one of my absolute favorite brands, and the staff is always so kind and welcoming. They always offer water and are quick to help find anything we might be looking for, which I really appreciate. However, they can read a room, and will back off and let me shop when I'm focused and need space.
The selection is decent given the store's smaller size, but the quality of the clothing never disappoints. Between the friendly team and the dependable brand, this location continues to be one of my favorites to shop.”

“It was our first year buying a uniform and it was such an amazing experience at Ivy! I walked in with a 2 year old and a baby and was immediately greeted with a smile and much needed help! Haha a staff member (completely forgot her name) took me to the correct section, showed us everything we could need in the size she thought would fit best and took everything over to the fitting room for us/showed me the way. She stayed close by and checked in to see if I needed any other sizes. I never once had to go looking for help or someone to answer a question. It honestly felt like she was our own personal stylist while we were there. She was so kind and made the whole experience super easy. She even went the extra mile to check the back for another color of shirt, got another staff member involved to check with her and was going to set up an order if that is something we wanted to do. Loved the organization and honestly the help through the uniform process. Such a great experience!”
