“Love shopping for grandson at this sweet store. Staff is friendly and helpful, and clothing is clean and truly "gently worn." I'm not much on digging for finds but have found some great deals on shoes for a toddler who goes through sizes so quickly. We purchased a pair of light up sandals here, and he loves wearing them and stomping his feet to make the lights flash. Most of all, I appreciate businesses where young families can purchase very affordable clothing, toys and other necessary items for their kids. If you are looking for a place to donate gently used clothing, I would suggest Once Upon A Child.”

“For my daughter's 7th birthday, I gave her the option of a party at home with lots of friends, or a super special day with just one or two friends. She chose the super special day, and just wanted her best friend there. We brought the girls to lunch at my daughter's favorite restaurant, and then to Let's Pretend for a princess day!! Both girls had so much fun picking out a dress, having their nails and makeup done, and being declared princesses. The tea party was wonderful & delicious. But the girls favorite part was the dance party at the end! It was truly a fantastic day, and both girls say it was the best birthday ever! We will for sure be back!”

“Lauren (I saw in another review that she is a manager at the Tanger location in Ft. Worth) was exceptionally helpful! I was looking for an 18 month size in a clearance item, but did not have the number needed to look it up. Once again, she took a lot of time to search for the item online and in other stores. She advised me to call back with the needed number (I had it at home, over an hour away), which I did. She was able to find the item in a store nearer to me, called that location to confirm and ask for it to be held for me. I told her how much I appreciated her “five-star” help. She replied that they are there to help the customer in any way they can. It is RARE to experience GREAT customer service-even if with just a smile and pleasant attitude-let alone, going out of the way to go beyond good customer service to help a customer. This lady deserves a promotion!!”
“The clothes are lovely. It was my first time at this location and have to say the lady working did not appear to want to be there. She was on a personal phone call, was snarky with a delivery person and gave off a tone that we were bothering her being in the store.
We found several adorable pieces but would welcome a more friendly experience in future visits”
“Old Navy should send them more line making equipment so they have better signs and queue guides instead of the random display shelves pushed together. Because of holiday shopping, the sizes at this location where no longer continuous.”
“First time at this location! I absolutely loved the area it was in. Parking was limited, but I was able to find the store without much trouble. There were two young ladies working, one of whom seemed to be in training. They were both very sweet and kind! I had placed an online order for pickup, and they were very helpful in getting it to me quickly, efficiently, and with great customer service. The store was clean, organized, and had a nice smell. It was a very pleasant experience, and I will definitely be back. Thank you!”
“Worth the drive! stroller fits through most of store. Floors are clean most of the time. Mostly women's some men and little of girls, boys and babies. A bathroom is close by but not inside store. Parking lot spaces also can be found right next to store.”
“All I have is one word for my experience and that’s Lucy! Lucy went above and beyond to help me find a blazer that was at a different location. She put the blazer to the side and even helped me find a blouse to match. She made me feel comfortable and welcomed. If you didn’t know you would have thought we were friends. That’s how genuine and organic she was with me. Hands down this is the best Express in the metroplex! Ask for Lucy! She will help you with all of your fashion needs! They outfitted my tween granddaughter with several things and she was thrilled! Everyone who works there is warm and welcoming. I highly recommend this store over Lululemon, which has a very chaotic atmosphere.”
