Time is the most valuable commodity and in a way this branch understands that.
This this what did for me:
My account was on hold for a missing requirement, I went to this branch and without an appointment Mr. Richard De La Cruz and his boss helped out within 10 minutes.
I live about 25 minutes way from this branch, but I know it’s extremely hard to find great customer service now days, I rather to the drive and for for this branch will respect my time and my persona.

I live in Irving TX, but I rather to take a 20 minutes drive to Colleyville and receive the outstanding customer service this branch provides.

Opening a new checking account through the app was a breeze. I needed a direct deposit form for new employer, so I visited this location nearest to me. Greeted at the door, walked back to the person who could help, and in a matter of minutes I had the form I needed. Greeted on my way out... great location.

I came in to ask about if a debit card could be replaced in the branch the answer is no. However, I asked the representative if I could get the same debit card number, and she said yes. I asked her could if the same card was issued would the security code or cvv be the exact same, her answer was should wouldn’t know that. I asked her if she could speak to a department that would know. She said they wouldn’t know that. I said okay. I left called chase customer service who assured me that the same number would be issued and the expiration and security code would change. Thanks for your help! You seemed uninterested in trying to find out the answer to my question or as if I was asking in a way that you didn’t understand. After seeing that I am trying to get an understanding, you could at least say let me make sure that I’m answering the question you’re asking. You were ready to dismiss anything that prompted you to do something than order me card which I can do through the app. Please work on your customer service. I left feeling frustrated and you saw that.

Please Do not opening your account here, their system is poor. They hold my all Money because they can’t verify business from their system. They do not have any alternate way of verification. Although business is registered on Google and everywhere. They trying to steal my money. Bank of America and Wallis state bank easily find business online.

Staff does not know what they are doing. Staff needs more training and experience with different case procedures. Gave this branch 3 chances and all three times I left within 10 minutes because staff did not know how to handle my case.

Chase is the worst bank ever. They need a major overhaul in customs service training and culture sensitivity training. The branch on glade road is the absolute worst.

Horrible service. Made a payment on a car and they refused to call the car redemption department to tell them the payment was made. Bad attitudes from the tellers and branch reps they also dressed like SLOBS! We can't all ebay wrong with the reviews I'm seeing at this location. Today is a good day to the your money out and move it over to PNC or Bank Of America next door.
