HORRIBLE service. They really don't want you to come into the branch to get service they want you to call a service center. Some things need to be done in person. Close your account and use a local bank. These people just don't care. It's not just this branch this is a problem I've encountered at multiple Chase branches.

Poor service and hold my pay roll check for 2 year because their system is not updated and can’t find the business, on the other hand Bank of America and wallis state bank can easily find business without giving any hard time. I believe due to crisis they don’t they might loss money in their investment and now they are just giving silly reason to steal money from other people.

You must make an appointment to talk about your account at this branch due to how busy it gets, which is very easy to do through the Chase app. They are always very respectful and well as timely. I always recommend this bank and location to all my family and friends.

They never answer the phones. You can call back and keep calling back but they don’t pick up. You have sit through the automated menu before you can even have the option to contact customer service. Then it just rings and hangs up. Every single time.

I came want to open my checking account, but no one asked me or say Hi to us , they are discriminated at looking us , I’m very disappointed this banking and never come or recommend my family or friends come here, this place is so rude

Ashley B was so cheerful and so helpful. The bank was very busy but she was very patient and never made me feel rushed. She is definitely an asset to Chase Bank!!

These people will give you their undivided attention the minute you walk in the door. Going to the bank is a very nice experience. Going inside is wonderful. They have a drive up but I will not go. I would not want to miss going inside.
