“Great team, Garret the service advisor was fantastic and super helpful, the general manager is a GREAT guy, very friendly and hands on and willing to get involved to help if needed. If I do ever need more body work done, knock on wood I don't, but if I do I'll absolutely be coming back to them. I needed this done on an honestly kinda unrealistic time frame with it being a holiday and all, because I had to be back at work in West Texas on a specific day, and they got it all finished before I had to roll out and looking like a brand new truck. “Every part of the process was professional from the very start. Someone hit my car while I was in Austin. I called my insurance company, and by the time that I got home from Austin, Caliber had been contacted and I had an appointment. When I dropped off my car, I was told that, without any surprises, it would probably be about a week. Seven days later, it was fixed and looks great. As stated, professional from beginning to end.”
