If your computers are down and you can't help people, I suggest you tell everyone standing in line this important news so that we don't waste our time. An apology would be proper etiquette as well and likely would have prevented this poor review. But alas, you won't find working computers, or anything resembling etiquette at this BOA.

I would just like to recognize Kendra Lozano. Kendra provided exceptional customer service and professionalism when I needed to change my last name on my account. I had went to a few locations and they all stated I would need appointment. I’m so thankful Kendra was able to take me in as a walk in and the update took less than 10 mins. Kendra needs to be employee of the month you can tell she has a passion for customer service.

As soon as I walked in I felt uncomfortable. Teller was smiling with every single customer and making small talk with them but once I got to the window his face changed. Only difference was I was a mexican in baggy sweats and everybody else was white in business attire.While I was in line he told every customer to watch their money and put it inside their purse and looked at me every single time.He checked my ID and the check I was cashing way to many times. I dont have an acc at BOA I just wanted it cashed since it was on my way home.I had never in my life ever felt discriminated or felt like I was some kind of criminal but he sure made me feel that way.I bank with Truist Bank and they always make me feel welcomed and I never have any kind of problems with them.

This 5 star review goes to senior banker Tyler Dixon. She assisted me twice in the past 2 weeks with some miscellaneous requests. Not only that she’s good at what she does, but her energy and attitude is everything and even more than a customer could ask for. Thank you Tyler!

Bank of America sucks The manager at this location sucks. Deposited my rent check they deducted it twice won't do nothing about it pretty well much told me good luck and I had to go through my bank Go through my bank is going to charge me out of my pocket . Bank of America won't do a damn thing about it because of their stupidity. They created the problem and won't do anything about it.

Hi I would just like to take a minute to recognize my banker who recently helped me with a international wire transfer. Her name is Victoria and she has brown hair and always a smiling face, positive helpful attitude and a great sense of humor . Victoria made my experience so easy that I only want to deal with her for wire transfers. The store manager and the head of business accounts were also very attentive and friendly. They were able to give me some tips for the most cost effective way of obtaining my llc for my new business. I feel bad I did not make the appointment but be assured my business accounts will be with BOA on Glade in Colleyville. In the case that any upper management or corporate are reading this you have a very some excellent staff at this location. As for Victoria I would personally hire her in a heartbeat and i insist she facilitates my wire transfers moving forward. BOA you are lucky to have her. That goes for the manager and the business rep as well they are all true professionals.

*UPDATE* I have since spoken with the branch manager, Kassidee, who was very willing to listen and address my concerns.I went today to cash a check for my underage son. I was told I would have to add him to our account. I was then told we would have to open an account for him because he is a minor. I told them we literally cashed his check with no issues maybe 6 months ago. I was told that LOTS of their policies recently changed…NONE of which we have received communication about. When I voiced this, I was met with more resistance and attitude. I asked if this “new” policy was in writing. I was handed a 74 page “agreement” which states NOTHING about handling minor accounts. I then advised the representative to do what he initially told me he could do, which was add MY MINOR son to our account. I was refused this and told my husband and I both had to come up to set up a separate account for him, even though I am a primary account holder and have the authority to make changes. I was then told I was holding up the line and told to “have a nice day”. If all Bank of America branches are like this one, they should NOT be surprised by the customers they are going to lose. But also, didn’t Bank of America just get a judgement against them regarding opening unwanted accounts? I guess $100M wasn’t enough to make the point?

Kassadee Dews is the most professional and friendly Manager I have ever met. I was very upset when I came in to address a debit card issue, and she was very helpful. She was calm and courteous and addressed my issues personally. She needs a promotion and a raise. In the world we live in, it is rare to find a diamond like her!!! Thank you Kassadee for your genuine concern for my issue. I appreciate you and God bless!

As a 30 (yes, 30 year…3 decades long customer) I was treated so poorly at this branch. After spending hours on hold at home to resolve an error by BofA, I drove to this branch and asked to speak to the branch manager. I explained the situation to the man at the front desk. He said that he couldn’t help me and to wait 10 minutes so. Then after 10 minutes, he said he could assist me after all!Really?? No then yes!! He along with the other employees were rude, snarky, selfish, uncaring and most of all unable to resolve my issue.Unfortunately, they have lost this customer.

This particular location is way more convenient coming from work than the two which are located in my part of town. Actually, I keep forgetting this is here but very glad I remembered. As with the other locations, the ATM offers all the services I ever need. Why wait for lobby hours to see a teller when I can deposit money or withdraw cash in a heartbeat through the ATM? Once in the drive-thru ATM lane, I was in-and-out in less than five minutes. What a deal! What the ATM doesn't offer, I can take care of through the mobile app or on my desktop computer. Bank of America makes it extremely easy to access my accounts. Don't waste your time with the other pretenders to financial services. Use Bank of America.

Don’t come here unless you want to deal with rude workers who act like they hate their job and you’re a bother to them. Just went to the drive through and the lady I forgot to get her name was very rude. They need to check their workers. I see why they have such low ratings.

Just stopped by this location to ask some questions in regards to a direct deposit error. I was met at the door by a young lady who took my question to the manager. When the young lady returned it was apparent that my question wasn't important enough for the manager and I was being dismissed with an answer that did not apply to my situation. As I questioned the Information being given to me I realized they didn't want to deal with it, the answers became more and more absurd. This is customer service today.
