What a fantastic experience! I've been looking for a new stylist for a while, someone who could get my color right. Brittany was fantastic! After an initial color consultation, I couldn't wait for my appointment and it exceeded all expectations. Brittany has transformed my hair color, which now complements my skin tone, rather than draining it. I'm a Hautie for life now!

I love this salon. Brittany is an amazing person and does amazing work. I have had my hair colored and cut by her. It was not a normal color either and it came out so perfect. I could not recommend her enough. I am extremely picky about my hair and who I let cut it. I have very long thick hair and she gave me the best haircut I have had in YEARS. She’s officially cut it 3 times and all the times have been consistent and come out perfectly. She’s patient and funny, easy to talk to and honest and I have a high respect for her and the business she runs. I’d give her 10+ stars if I could.

Taylor is the absolute best. I came in almost a year ago with my natural dark brown roots and a grown out undercut. I wanted to get a short cut up to my grown out undercut so I could start over and grow my hair back out. I also have a goal once my hair to be platinum silver. She listened to what I wanted and set up a plan to lighten me over time because I also had some black box dye on my ends. Her whole focus was keeping my hair healthy as we lighten over time and grow it out. I have never had an experience where my hair integrity was more important than anything else. Her customer service is outstanding. Talking to her throughout my appointment is like talking to your best friend. She will also will work in silence if I bring my book with me and I feel like reading that day. I mentioned at my last appointment my hair felt drier than normal and she gave me great advice without trying to push products to sell. I will be with her for my hair journey forever. Can't recommend her enough.

Debbie, my stylist, was amazing! I was nervous going blonde after so many years of not coloring my hair — she went above and beyond to provide awesome service and answered all of my questions. She took the time to make sure I was happy with my hair before I departed, and assured me to call or come back if I decided otherwise after leaving the salon. All of the stylists I encountered during my visit were so kind and welcoming. I will definitely be back, and thank you again Debbie! :)) I love my hair!

Debbie and the rest of the team did an amazing job on my hair ! I had initially gone somewhere else and did not get the results I was wanting and my hair got extremely damaged . Debbie and the team did everything in their hands to not damage my hair and to get the results I really wanted ! Strongly recommend this salon to everyone . Love them ! ???

I have been going to Brittany for the last 8 years - she is the best! It can be difficult to find a good hair person that always does an excellent job despite changing requests, changes in hair over the years, etc. Now I barely even say anything and I trust her to work her magic ✨ She has grown with me and I am so thankful I found her years ago!

I had a horrible experience many years ago with my haircut. so major hair anxiety. Brittany always seems to make that anxiety go away. she bends backwards to make things possible for her clients. She is truly the best. She is always down for my hair ideas. My hair is never a disappointment when I see her! Truly a must book!

Brittany is such a nice girl and I have no complaints about her customer service. Overall, I was expecting more finesse with my balayage and front framing blonde. It didn't seem blended enough and felt like it wasn't really painted on well. I went back for a correction which Brittany did happily and didn't charge me for it which was amazing. Unfortunately, it still didn't meet my standards for blending. I'm not a tender headed person but the toning process was super uncomfortable, it was like yanking on my hair and I just wanted it to be over. Lastly, for both of my scheduled appointments, I wasn't seen on time. I understand stuff happens, it was just unfortunate.

I absolutely love the girls here at B.Haute!! I’ve been going to Taylor for almost 3 years now and I couldn’t be happier! While I never had Brittany do my hair, she’s just fun to chat with when she is in. I am new to the area and finding a new hair stylist is always hard. I searched for a while to find a salon I was comfortable going to. This place was amazing! Brittany did an amazing job styling my hair. I decided to get about 8 inches cut, and she styled my hair according the thickness and nature of my hair.
