When working with old cars it's important to find a good source of parts, and when shopping at Auto Ricambi I've not only found good parts supplier but also very skilled, helpful and enthusiastic staff! The guys are helping me troubleshooting things on my car and that is A+++ customer service in my eyes! Adding to that is also fast shipping, even though it's across the Atlantic Ocean. What an absolute class act! Not only do they have a huge selection of parts, but their customer service is outstanding! I had ordered parts one day and then realized I needed to order some more parts and when I did so, I paid additional shipping as one should with a new order. They matched my email address/shipping address to the previous order and since it hadn't shipped yet they included the 2nd order with that 1st and refunded the 2nd shipping without me ever even asking. They've gained a customer for life!!

Just bought parts for my 1977 Fiat. They shipped faster than expected, they adjusted the total when I called back to order to add more "stuff," to that order since I then met the discount threshold. Then today they answered my warranty need as one of the parts I ordered was defective within about 30 minutes of me sending in the email. So I ordered more "stuff," and the replacement part is on the way.What better service is that!

I have been doing business with Auto Ricambi since they opened their doors. Because of the great service and parts that I get from AR my 44 year old FIAT Spider 2000 has over 260K miles of fun driving.My latest challenge was that an oiler, piston ring hung up as I was inserting a piston and bent the ring. AR came to my rescue finding an opened set of rings and shipped me just the one instead of having to buy a whole new set. Now the little beast will be back on the road in a couple days.Ordering online is great, but calling and chatting with these FIAT experts is very worthwhile too.
