+ Has the lowest gas prices West of HEB - Refuses to refill gas receipt paper regularly - NEVER has paper towels for checking oil, etc. - Will not come outside to help with above issues - Has not improved these shortcomings after years of notifications ... and yet I still fill up here & set any silly politics aside
