The brach on Rock Prairie is very sloooowww for the drive through!! Their tellers are incompetent. They wouldn’t allow me to DEPOSIT a check made out to myself and my husband into our joint account. I was told both of us need to sign. I was trying to deposit, not cash. I explained I’ve done it a lot before and she told me they were wrong before. They had me sit in line for over 20 minutes while they read through the Policy and Procedures manual. I told the teller that needed to be done in training, not during a customer’s time.

I've been banking here since my bank, Nations Bank, merged with them. I love this bank! They have helped our family so many times. We originally financed our home with them in 1996, then I saw an advertisement one day offering refinancing for a $750 fee in 2001 that we did and saved thousands of dollars along with a new lower interest rate. They had a personal loan advertised one day when I went in. The timing was perfect, we had money in our hands within a day and saved our family so much stress. Later, we got a line of credit on our home and that wonderful product saved us again three to four times over the ten years of its life, as we took money out for large expenses, at a low interest rate and were able to pay back in our own time. I can tell lots of other stories of how the Rock Prairie Wells Fargo has helped our family over the years. On top of that, the staff is so friendly, helpful and gracious. This is a big bank with a homey, comfortable feel. I love love love Wells Fargo!

Customers service is terrible. I'm surprised corporate has not done an audit of their customers service sector. To make things worse you have to make an appointment for anything and everything. They blame it on covid but then say they or not planning on going back to pre covid policy so this is their new normal. Will not do business with them anymore.

Customer service was fantastic, Don was our banker and he was very helpful. Walked us through everything and just made us feel very comfortable. So glad to bank again with Wells Fargo .

Multiple quick lanes and friendly customer service. A lot of local bit franchise use this bank and it is clean and efficient.

I opened an account here and the representative was extremely helpful! They have very nice customer service. I never went inside after that, only used the drive-thru ATM. Super quick and very easy to use. I created an account here because I needed a place to deposit freelance cash (I bank with another bank that doesn’t have ATMs locally), and this was my first choice.

The worst bank in town. The first of month drive thru is too slow. Still not allowing customers in bank without a appointment is poor service. Covid 19 is not a excuse.

Of all the Wells Fargo's I've ever been to this one is by far the worst, Drive-Thru - SLOW never enough tellers they are slow slow slow they're not friendly and I hate doing business at this Wells Fargo if you can avoid this Branch try to find another one because it's really slow and they don't care and they take a really long time to do your transactions they either need to hire more people or learn how to be more efficient.

When it comes to the commercial lane, it takes forever!!!!!!! I can be the first one here and all the other lines will get done before me???? It usually takes 20 minutes or more to get through. And just to add I waste alot of gas waiting in the line as well. Please help resolve this issue.

Wow! I’m reading the reviews people post on here and people sure don’t hold anything back. I’ve only been banking with Wells Fargo for only 2 years and I have yet to have a bad experience. Customer service both inside the lobby and drive thru are exceptional. I’ve never received anything less. Yes, the drive-thru is slow, but what drive thru isn’t? If you can wait in line at a fast food restaurant for 10-20 mins or even an hour or more to dine in at a restaurant, what’s waiting in line at a bank? I’ve used online banking, Zelle, transferred funds from account to account, mobile deposits, deposits at the atm and never had a bad experience. Thank you Wells Fargo, especially the Rock Prairie location for your great customer service!
