Experience like today is the reason why I have been banking at Wells Fargo for over 20 years. I’m from Houston but for my daughter’s volleyball tournament, I had to come to college station. In between my daughter’s game I raced out to the closest branch to send an urgent wire. I walked in 3-4minutes prior closing, hoping and praying that they would help me out. The branch manager, Katie, who didn’t know me from a bum on the street, personally took the time to stay after closing to make sure she processed my wire. This is customer service at its finest. So grateful that she would take the time, inconveniencing herself and the staff to take care of my needs. Grateful that this branch has a manger who is so keenly aware of what true customer service looks like! I’m certain this filters down to all of her team members. Fantastic branch, and fantastic branch manager!!! 5 stars all the way!

I don't always go to this ATM, but when I do, it's out of order. Added to that, if you've got a 1/2 ton truck, you will barely fit in the lanes. A Raptor will not fit. 3/4 ton and definitely 1 ton trucks will not fit.

This location is absolutely terrible. I tried to get very basic phone numbers for check order status to pass along to my elderly grandmother and they were terribly rude and didn't want to help since I wasn't listed on the account. I just needed a phone number... Called the University location and got great customer service and a phone number within 2 minutes. You expect the people that handle your family's money to be courteous, but that is not the case at this location.

They lied to us about getting a bonus when you do a direct deposit within 3 months of opening the account.Even after me and my sons have done all that was required to get the bonus,they come up with some excuse as to why we cannot get the bonus.My sons and myself have now closed our wells fargo account.Chase bank has offered the same bonus and have paid up.

PATHETICOnly one banker in the entire branch. The hispanic lady behind the counter is also very rude and refuses to let customers in without an appointment even though employees are sitting around doing NOTHING!

Very slow drive-thru teller was not friendlyI don't know what's up with all the Wells Fargo's in College Station but every drive-thru is slow and knowing that there's a pandemic you think they'd hire more drive-through tellers after moving here from Houston where I was greeted by my name every time I pulled in the drive through it's a pale comparison if this is how Wells Fargo is in a different city then I don't want to be a client anymore

I tried coming in the other day because I have no a.c. and the doors where locked. A couple shows up and a guy in a blue dress shirt shows up to let them in. Treat everyone fair, this location has subpar service. Will be switching to Chase soon. And no Wells Fargo I don't want to hear your excuses and I will not call to discuss the situation.
