We were in town for the NSC & we made an appt for my student to get her first bank acct. The Staff were all very nice & tried to speed things along, as they knew we had a day full of activities lined up already. They have a phone charging area in the lobby!!

From a simple problem the people at Wells Fargo have made it clear they have no interest in my business. I have 13 different accounts with them including a mortgage and a student loan. I have been a loyal customer for nearly 20 years. And on a $374 check that was bounced to my daughter they show ZERO willingness to resolve the issue. THe funds are in the account right now but they refuse to process the check instead demanding they have 7 days to hold the check. It is 100% clear what they want. They want my daughter to NSF other charges so they can hit her up for fees. They have lied to me twice trying to blame the Federal Reserve. These lies are not taken lightly either. The hold is 100% Wells Fargo decision and they are the ones that can release the hold. Do not lie to me I know the truth and the laws and this is the end of a very long relationship. My advice is simple. Wells Fargo simply does not care about their customers and they are not going to work with you. Policy is all they care about. Truly Pathetic.

The staff here is really friendly. They process your request quickly and the wait time in the que is minimum. I have been their customer for more than a year and a half and never had any sort of trouble. Moreover, there is a Wells Fargo ATM just outside the Bank. It's location is convenient from the university. Highly recommended for any student who plans to open a new account.
