I’ve been coming here forever as it’s a been in the area.However, my husband was buy a case beer, I was in my PJs, had switched purses and did not have my license.I find it highly offensive, and felt harassed that I did not have my license, because I was not buying anything that required Identification, nor was I driving. I do not drink. My husband was making the purchase not me. I had go outside so he can purchase. Ridiculous.Your associates were semi professional expect one that was making back ground noises from another cash register, she inserted herself by making annoyed noises and snarky remarks. She escalated the situation between my husband between the others.She was either light hispanic or white. Very unprofessional. Rude. And started to get aggressive towards my husband until I came back in. I hope to not see her again. She belongs at Walmart. Not Walgreens

Unfriendly staff. They just try to shoo you away when asked a question. They don’t even put the effort. Very disappointed.If you place an order online, you are on your own. They act as if the online Walgreens is not related to them and won’t provide any assistance

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!! I was told the girl in line behind me had to also be ID’ed in order for me to buy alcohol because we were “together.” Then was denied service.

Preventative medicine (vaccines) only works when there is high take up, and people get vaccines when they’re easy and available. Requiring an appointment when you’re near-empty puts people off, and policies like this are partially responsible for the length of the pandemic and the reemergence of long gone diseases like polio. Change your policy, or be more flexible around it. Do not recommend. CVS and Sam’s do walk ins without issue.

Severely understaffed in the pharmacy department. I had to come back 3 different times because there was an hour long wait line each time. I wish I could order my stuff elsewhere...

Just went to this location.... My daughter was having an allergic reaction needed benadryl chewables lady working did not know where they where...after finding went to check out she was not at register...I do not recommend this location if it is an emergency...just my experience

Quite literally the RUDEST pharmacy staff. The pharmacist is so rude for no reason, she yells at patients, staff has an equally poor attitude. I even overheard the pharmacist and pharmacy staff bad-mouthing another client. So unprofessional. The young male manager blindly sides with the pharmacist despite not being present for a specific incident that occured. Honestly disgusting to see healthcare workers hate their jobs so much.

Always professional and kind, but I hate that they don't accept Medicaid for my prescription so I had to have it switched to the H‑E‑B that is farther away.

Hey Walgreens, don’t offer express pass if your pharmacy techs are going to be rude when someone uses it. Sorry there was a line for regular pickup but the whole statement behind express line is to “skip the line”. I was not rude, demanding, inconsiderate or anything besides patient while I waited to be checked out. Teach some of them manners.

The pharmacy service is awful. If I could I would give it a zero star because of the rude pharmacist. They didn’t even try to contact the insurance from their side and needed me to call my insurance to get discount on my prescription. And I still have to pay the full amount of the medicine by myself in the end.

Rachel a Pharmacy tech at Walgreens is both rude and inconsiderate. We had a very sick child and needed our prescription filled, she was very clear they were too busy to help and it’d be 2 hours or more. Unacceptable
