I am forced to use Walgreens by my insurance. This pharmacy makes mistakes. Costly, damaging mistakes. After they make mistakes, they will not even refund you for the medication they mistakenly gave you. They will just deflect blame to the insurance company, who will then blame it on Walgreens. Triple check everything they give you, because they will make mistakes, but only you will suffer for them.

Severely understaffed in the pharmacy department. I had to come back 3 different times because there was an hour long wait line each time. I wish I could order my stuff elsewhere...

Always professional and kind, but I hate that they don't accept Medicaid for my prescription so I had to have it switched to the H‑E‑B that is farther away.

The pharmacist in the drive thru is the kindest, most helpful person I’ve ever met in a pharmacy.I visit maybe 1-2 times a month and she always remembers me by name. Absolutely great.

If it was a month prior to today, this review would be stellar. Because prior to this month, Walgreens had me as a loyal customer, key word being HAD. I have been using their pharmacy (and store) for a loooong time, religiously. I spend a lot of money here. But today I was treated like I did not matter, by pharmacy staff. I will say I have NEVER had this type of experience at any Walgreens before. For the sake of time I will spare all the details. But my point is this. I was told I had no prescriptions ready when I pulled through the drive through, which is ironic because my Walgreens app kept alerting me to pick up my prescriptions because they were ready. I was told I could wait 30 mins while they fill one and was told I would have to ask my doctor for another prescription for the second. Mind you, these two prescriptions had supposedly been ready for 2 weeks. I went into the store and explained I was not happy about this and it’s ridiculous. The lady who I spoke to was solely focused on winning an argument, not at all concerned about customer service. What ever happened to “the customer is ALWAYS right?” I guess Walgreens makes enough money and doesn’t have to worry about the fact that it costs so much more money to gain a new loyal customer than it does to keep one happy. I asked to speak to a supervisor and a meek 21 year old male (a joke) showed up. He did not say ONE word while I was explaining my situation. He did, however, tell me to “have a nice day” after I made my final statement of “I will never shop here again.” Insert “have a nice day” here. Was he joking? I sure hope so. Not once did they apologize or even listen to my concerns. I am beyond disappointed in my local Walgreens and sad that I will never use them again for anything.

I set my coffee down on a shelf looked at the item literally right next to it and the blonde who works in the photo thing takes it, doesn't ask, mentions that's it WARM SO ITS OBVIOUSLY NEW, and throws it away. Like I'm sorry but if it's WARM maybe it's new??? She just grabbed it and threw it away. I go in, they offer nothing but a weak a** apology, don't offer to reimburse, and give me so much attitude. Everyone who works here is rude, and honestly that woman was stupid. Don't go here.

This is a great location for a Walgreens on the college campus. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this location.

Everyone is nice and polite at this store especially at the Pharmacy. When I found out I had an issue with my insurance they went above and beyond to take care of me.
