Great eye professionals. Assistants work well together, are helpful & efficient. Dr is the only one we’ll see. Got both of us in & out being thorough before the grandkids got bored! Bonus is eyewear right next door!

The staff was friendly and the general manager seemed knowledgeable. The young man helping me was new and needed assistance from the manager. As a result he seemed unsure of himself. Overall, I am pleased to this point.

The manager here is an absolute nightmare. After her employee struggled to locate my insurance information, the manager got up and approached me very belligerently and started in with a long winded explanation of the problem, but no solution. When I told her I was done wasting time and was going to leave and go to a competitor, she yelled at me and threatened to have security come get me. The manager told me I was "very rude," but I had been very patient and friendly with her employee.The only rude person there was the manager. I would never, under any circumstances do business with this place - I've never had good luck with Visionworks customer service (try calling their 1-800 number and see if anyone ever answers) and their manager doesn't belong anywhere near customers. AVOID THIS PLACE OR SUFFER THE CONSEQUENCES. (You have plenty of other options - and they actually are nice to you!)

Had a great experience today! Mary was so helpful and went out of her way to get my daughter some glasses today because she had broken hers. She explained all of my benefits well and helped me choose the right ones for my daughter!

They were really great. I went in because I was having trouble with one of my lenses. It turns out that my doctor made a mistake on my prescription. The people here were kind, patient and took care of the problem without charging me a dime. It would be a good place to send your kid if they are at A&M and you want to make sure they are treated well.

So, my husband and I loved Visionworks. We would get our glasses there every year for him and every 2 years for me. So, we went there again to get new glasses but didn't find anything we liked. We went to LensCrafters and found several pair of glasses each that we liked. I was getting new ones because my glasses were broken while I was at work. To make a long story short I needed my prescription from Visionworks but I was told it was illegal for them to give me a copy of my prescription. Excuse me? That is a lie. I have the right to my records. It's like if you go to the doctor's office and ask for a copy of your medical records, which you have the right to. Needless to say they would not give me a copy, they would not write it down for me, they would not let me take a picture of it, or even let me look at my prescription. So, they will no longer get any of my business and I will tell the rest of my family and friends not to go to Visionworks. LensCrafters you all have two new customers, and thanks for holding those glasses for me for three days until I got another prescription. Oh and Mary is no longer at Visionworks.
