The first two guys that helped me are extremely rude!!! I couldn’t even finish my sentence when the guy started shaking his head no and wouldn’t let me talk because he said I was wrong and they don’t have a trade in service when it clearly stated it in the website. The second guy looked at me up and down and was so rude, and when I tried to explain things to my dad (who speaks Spanish) the employee would roll his eyes. It wasn’t until Kevin assisted us and he was extremely helpful, so so kind and explained every single option I had. He made sure everyone understood the process of the phone trade in promoting (which they did actually have), answered every question we had and had such a great customer service overall! 5/5 for Kevin.

I have been a Verizon business customer with 40+ lines of service for over 20+ years. I have never met a more unprofessional store manager that absolutely refused to help. I am very aware after 20+ years as a business customer of what account authorization and verifications I need to provide. I asked to provide these verifications and was immediately ignored by the manager and said "we don't know you". I understand you don't, that is why there are account level verificaitons that I can authorize so that you DO KNOW that I am authorized to do what I need to do! Simple as that! After leaving the store. I called customer service and they confirmed that I was trying to provide the correct level of verification and access code. I called my business rep, they too confirmed that policy had not changed and I am authorized to do what I should have been able to EASILY do in this store. This managemer simply did not want to help!!

They owe my wife almost 200$ and they said it would take 3 months to get the refund they sent us some phones but was not what we wanted so we sent them back and now they keep sending outrageous bills every month for phones we don’t have not a good company to deal with

Visited this Verizon Store to upgrade my phone about 1830. One of the rep final came to check is into the waiting queue after 13 minutes of trying to determine how to sign in. At about 40 minutes waiting on the waiting queue, two of the four reps departed at 1909, possibly due to their shift ended. About nine minutes later, one of the two remaining reps approached and informed us that we needed to be re-check in because he couldn't find us in the queue. The other reps later provided services to two persons that came after me and had been waiting for less than 10 minutes. When I asked that rep why he skipped me, he told me that was because this customers' transactions was shirt and different. He further explained that he (later told he was the manager) couldn't do the phone upgrade which the other rep echoed. Although I thought their excuses were bogus, I just let it be. Later, the rep that"could" perform the upgrade tried to burden us with a new, expensive plan with the new phone protection plan that he informed was compulsory - that raised several warning signals with us. Fortunately (our unfortunately), time ran out and we had to depart and reschedule our upgrade. The good that came from that was me informing him him and the other rep needed to do better at communication, to which he agreed and apologized! I'm give then the benefit of the doubt but I'll not be returning to this Verizon Store to do business anytime soon or ever. I got each Verizon customer out potential customer get better service than we had.

The only reason I didn’t give this place 1 star is because the process to swap my phone was easy BUT! The staff there just don’t care whether you give them business or not. They aren’t interested in helping you out or even paying attention. The person helping me in the beginning was playing on their phone the entire time and I had to get his attention multiple times for him to answer my question. It was a very unpleasant experience and once everything was done I had to make sure I was good to leave because they just sat there and stared at me and didn’t say anything. No customer service whatsoever and they will rather push you to either wait or do it online. WATCH FOR SNEAKY FEES AS WELL

As a college student, I went in for a simple upgrade and received fairly impatient service. Asked some simple questions about transferring data from phone to phone and was asked why I didn't "look things up". I would recommend a different store in the college station area

I had a very complicated issue that multiple Verizon customer service agents and retailers were either unable to refused to help me with. After days of frustration and stress, I went to this corporate location as a last ditch effort to get some assistance. The employees were very friendly and empathetic. Marissa in particular was an absolute angel and helped me so much! She and her colleague (whose name I unfortunately cannot remember) were very knowledgeable and did not hesitate to check into things when they weren’t sure, which was the complete opposite of how the online customer service team was. They not only helped me solve my issue within 24 hours, but also gave me steps in case the solution did not work, AND helped us adjust a mistake on the account. I’ve been meaning to call the store directly to thank them, but unfortunately the number directs me to Verizon head offices. THANK YOU for helping me resolve my problem!

Verizon Corp online and retail corporate stores sucks. For months I struggle to get service from online and was advise to visit local corporate store which was no help. I’m waiting on corporate online business representative to follow up; Please save yourself the trouble going with the carrier and visiting this location at-least.

This place is laughable. The service is absolutely awful. Once they sell you the phone forget about getting help. They send you down the road to fix the problem LOL are you kidding me. I should have just bought my stuff there.

I had broken a camera lens on my Iphone 13 promax. I asked the business manager about lens protectors. and he went and got some. He couldn't get them on the phone so he told his girl to do it. She told him these were the wrong ones, they are too big, but he insisted they were the right ones. When I got home all the lens covers had fallen off, and looking at the paperwork they are for an iphone 14 not 13. These folks are lucky to have a job!

Came here to this location for the first time with my family and we had a great experience. My wife and kids all took advantage of one of their promos. They traded in their Galaxy20 and got the Galaxy23 practically for free. Sales, Kevin (young kid with glasses) was super friendly, patient, and informational. We were there for over 2.5hrs buying the phones and transferring all their info over. They closed at 7pm, but Kevin stayed to complete his awesome services until we were done which was close to 8pm. If anyone wanna stop by and feel comfortable with all your questions and/or concerns, ask for Kevin. The parking lot is decent size and located next to Smoothie King. All the staff are friendly, but Kevin was amazing. He is an asset to Verizon.

This location is apparently their "corporate office", but our experience here indicates less competency than the non corporate locations. We had to walk out and go to another store because they couldn't handle a technical problem with the account and that there was no resolution from them. The Fitch/6 location got it done.

Transferred a phone from AT&T and got a promotional credit on our account and promised a new, cheaper bill. Two months later they’re charging the credit back and got nailed with a $360 phone bill and nobody will fix it. Issue stemmed from a guy completely wrecking unlocking our phone number from AT&T and either leaving my boyfriend with no phone or we could do a trade in so he would have a phone. Sales staff is an absolute joke, trade ins are a joke. Will never be trading a phone in with Verizon again.

Had issues with my phone and was on hold with Verizon Tech coaches/ assurion for over 4 hours today and Marissa in the store was able to help me out in. 35 minutes. This is the 2nd time she has came through and helped me out. She's very awesome and very knowledgeable of her job.
