I was nervous and emotional throughout the entire process, especially with an all inclusive venue, but there wasn't a single time that the 7F team left me alone to worry, I even got teary eyed during a meeting and Ginger gave me a tissue, allowing me a safe place to cry. I will never forget that act of kindness.

You can tell this team is experienced in all things wedding and hosting, and that they treat every wedding and client personally. Again, I wasn't sure how to give full reign to a team, but they honored their word every step of the way, even when we had concerns with some day of execution from a vendor. That is extremely important when reviewing a venue because you want to rest assured that they will advocate for their clients which 7F definitely did for us.

They offered assurance, resources, and constant contact during planning, and EXCEEDED expectations when it came to execution. Their communication loop is user friendly and provides a perfect place for document storage. They have a friendly timeline and make sure to reach out to keep planning on track.

The venue is stunning, with plenty to look at, the chapel and pavilion provided such a thoughtful and intimate atmosphere even though our wedding was large. The lodging was FANTASTIC with 8 beautifully unique rooms filled with tasty snacks which made our wedding even that more memorable. I hired a personal wedding planner that their team worked amazing with, and they truly gave me autonomy to provide my vision. Everything we wanted in a wedding they were able to provide, confetti cannons, marquee letters, catering, full service bar, AND MORE!

I could go on and on, but trust this review, if you are stuck between venues or aren't sure if an all inclusive is for you, choose 7F. 7F is amazing and you will not regret it!”

“The staff and the rooms are great! We had a great room with a balcony over the pool. The local environment is great (shops/food) but getting around CStat in a car from this location can be a bit of work. Not to dis The George (where I have also stayed) but I prefer Cavalry Court!Walkability: Lots of shops including an awesome Creperie!”

“Fantastic Movie Experience at Cinemark College Station!
I recently visited Cinemark College Station and had an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the clean, modern, and welcoming atmosphere of the theater. The staff was incredibly friendly and efficient, making the ticket purchase and concession stand experience smooth and enjoyable.

The theater itself was immaculate, with comfortable seating that provided plenty of legroom and an excellent view of the screen from any angle. The sound and picture quality were top-notch, offering a truly immersive movie-going experience. I appreciated the variety of snacks and drinks available at the concession stand, with everything from classic popcorn to more gourmet options.

What really stood out to me was the attention to detail and customer service. The staff was attentive and eager to ensure that everyone had a great time. The cleanliness of the restrooms and common areas was also noteworthy, adding to the overall positive experience.

Cinemark College Station also offers convenient online ticket purchasing, which made planning our visit easy and hassle-free. Whether you're a local or just visiting, I highly recommend Cinemark College Station for an exceptional movie experience. I can't wait to return for my next film!”

“Great location, stores, and restaurants right across the street. The college is 5 minutes away. Hear price for a 2 bed suite worth separate living room. Full kitchen (minus the oven). Dishes, pots, pans, and silverware provided.

“Been here on new years 2023-2024 so just recently and it was great. I reccomend getting 1 size bigger than usual size for rental skates to prevent rashes or bruises but that was the only problem and its still 5 stars! I had a great time for my first time skating and i WILL definetly come back sooner or later! It was too funny on my trip?”

“Harley, Jalen, Randn, and Jacob have served me to the best of my expectations. They are the best servers I have had at a bar and I feel they deserve a raise for their incredible performance. All four of them were on top of order and were making sure every customer was happy with their order. Being a paying customer of many other bars, I would like to suggest those mentioned for a raise in pay, as I felt shiner was the best bar experience I have had so far.”
