PROSUPS is this county's #1 Ground shipper of anything from 37" round tubes to 84" exercise equipment to little things. Many times they beat Priority Mail in 1/2 the time, even though Saturday is off the delivery table. USPS is rated #2 and the rest ... coin flip if it gets there, much less on time and never on the front porch, often in the street.2 YEARSWOW what a difference now in 2024 management has made! Busy but one guy was amazing. Long line, training new staff, he opened a second computer to do the quick drop offs while also working the customers that had more going on. He was amazing! He did more than the other three combined.

I live close to the store, it has changed owners, they are bad, over charge for shipping and rude poorly trained staff. I wil drive past this place, I have spent thousands on shipping, I WILL NEVER SET GOOT IN THIS STORE AGIAN!!!

I've been here several times and have always appreciated their help. They are always extremely busy, but they have been kind and helpful and are very competent. From their help with notary services, amazon returns, and general mailing they've been excellent and I'd like to say thanks!

Waited in line for 10 minutes for a passport photo to be told their camera isn't working and I needed to go somewhere else. No sign posted, wastes my time.

I came here for an Amazon return on New Year’s Eve about 15 minutes before closing time and got in line. Unfortunately they were very understaffed and the only employee working locked the door at closing to not let anyone else into the line a few minutes after I entered. As he worked through the line, a customer came up to the door and did not want to take no for an answer. The employee very calmly explained the situation to her, but she remained insistent. I left before she got to the front of the line but the employee handled the situation very well, especially after being overworked on a holiday. I will definitely come back to this store for any shipping needs I have due to the composure, tact and work ethic of the employee I saw.

Definitely need more employees for returns post holiday season. I've been in line for more than 25 min. Let the phone ring and deal with the 20 people standing in your store. Another recommendation would be to have 1 line for quick Amazon returns, and a 2nd line for packing and shipping.

Last two weeks, they have only had one person working the desk and the lines have been insane. I guess the other employees quit and gave no notice. I empathize but it's still a terrible customer experience. Multiple patrons have shown up, seen the line and walked right back to their car.

Came here to overnight a laptop to Dallas and paid for Next Day Air vs Ground to guarantee it would be there next day....Well, someone's laptop was in Dallas the next day - but it wasn't mine. The UPS store had 2 laptops to ship out in laptop boxes and they got the labels mixed up. My work laptop got shipped to someone else's address......The worst thing about all of this was I called - was told the manager would call me back. He never did.Went in the next day, and the poor young lady working on the front called him had to take all of these notes, etc. and get back to me.Later the day, she called me again, maybe another 3-4x to get more information, etc. needed that her manager kept telling her to get.I don't understand why the manager wouldn't just pick up the phone and call me to get details and the package issue resolved.I was asked to return the wrong laptop so they could ship it to the correct owner. After I did, I got another call asking me to drop off the laptop again. They didn't even know I had dropped it off!THEN, they shipped the other person's laptop back to me!It was a literal nightmare and I'm not even sure that this review makes sense because it was such a mess and their problem resolution didn't help the situation at all either.

These are the most unmotivated people I’ve ever seen in my life. There were 3 guys there. The first one was so rude I had to go to the other, which was not much better. He didn’t say anything the entire time. I had to ask if he was taking returns, just like I did with the first one. They are so rude, they look like you are bothering them. The second one didn’t even say thank you or anything. He was silent and looked inconvenienced the whole time. I would go to the third one but he was with a customer and I was in a hurry, but I don’t know if it would be much different.
