Dropped off an Amazon return here, they never received it, I got charged. First and only time that’s ever happened, first and last time I use this store. My guess is they stole it, hard to he that incompetent.

Warning: Do not ship valuable packages from this location. At a minimum, be suspicious and double check their work, even if a shipping receipt is provided. Due to incompetence or theft, the store mishandled and lost my package, leading to a UPS investigation. Tracking shows it was dropped off and scanned in October 2023 but never left the store. The manager was polite and claimed to have no idea what happened. He should have interrogated the two female employees on duty at the time the shipment was scanned. They acted strange and took a long time to provide a receipt -- for someone else's package. I regularly ship from a few UPS stores and have never encountered this problem anywhere else.

I brought in a package addressed to the correct address. They instead shipped it to the recipient's previous address which they had on file. When it was returned, they admitted their error but refused to either refund the $30 or reship the package to the correct address.

Staff is not friendly. Today, when I called to check on packages that appear to have not been shipped three days ago, they gave me the runaround then hung up on me.

I called to see was notary available and he said yes I will be here for another hour. I left my as soon as I hung up the phone with him. My house is 7 minutes away. When I arrived and the lady ask how can she help me, I told her I can to get a paper notarized. She stated he left already! I got really upset and told her I just got off the phone with other him not even 10 minutes ago and he said he will be here for another hour. SO BASICALLY HE LIED!!! HORRIBLE SERVICE!! THIS IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL

We had an issue here where we signed up for mail forwarding and they did it once then just decided to stop without telling us.A month or so later, we stopped by when visiting College Station, and found an overdue jury duty notice.Two stars because the people working there are at least courteous.Update edit: they started sending us mail. Just not our mail… unfortunately it is for the box next to ours. So I guess we will pay to forward someone else’s mail AND send it back. I feel bad for those people, whose Texas mail is getting a free trip to Illinois.

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE if you must use UPS I recommend going to a different location. I had a package containing items from my deceased Grandfather shipped to me from here, it was shipped with 3 items in it, it arrived with only 2, it was clearly tampered with we noticed upon arrival, it was insured for $500, after contacting UPS corporate they said I had to deal directly with the owner of the store, this guy has been giving me the runaround for 3 months, he doesn’t care it’s very obvious. I don’t write bad reviews but this place straight ripped us off. Good luck!

Workers were fast and competent. Even with a massive line they kept things moving smoothly. Some dude came in at 2:30 and had a fit about some shipping arrangement his boss made over the phone with someone working at in the store at 10am that day who was no longer on shift and hadn't left a note. Manager was very professional and handled it gracefully.

It is more time-saving to go directly to the customer center in Bryan than to wait for and deal with the staff that runs the UPS Store franchise at every College Station location I go to. I would not be taking the time to write if it were not that abysmal. There is a large volume that ships from these UPS Stores provided the proximity of Texas A&M University and growth of this community. It is a shame that the cashiers/employees at any of these UPS Stores have such a low awareness level and snail-speed service. UPS should enforce multiple desks to be open at their franchise locations so customers are not waiting so long. They should educate the franchisee on efficiency and make sure this is passed to the employees.It is sad when the local USPS provides faster in-house service than a private owned UPS Store.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE If you have to use UPS go elsewhere. 3 months ago a family member sent me a package containing 3 family items from my deceased Grandfather, it was insured for $500, when it arrived an item was missing, the box clearly had been tampered with, the package was received as it was dropped off, I contacted UPS and they said it was between the owner of the shipping store and myself, not UPS corporate for some reason, after calling repeatedly and getting the runaround this guy has not made any effort to resolve this nor kept in contact, we are good people and I would never try to bad talk a small business, but I've been stolen from and that doesn't fly for us, so BEWARE, insuring your items is pointless, like I said go somewhere else or use a different company. If you have any suggestions Or this has happened to you PLEASE let me know!
