Wow, this place is really poorly managed! They refused to take any ownership or action on delayed item or process a refund in the store. Had to walk-in three times to ask about the shipment, waiting in line with no resolution. They said they would call me about it, never did. I should have just gone to the post office and mailed instead. Frustrating.

I can't believe UPS charges a dollar just to print a label. Is this their latest revenue scheme? You'd think a big company would offer a simple service like this for free, but nope, they want to nickel and dime us for every little thing. It's absurd and just adds to the frustration of using their service.

They had 5 people working and I watched them unable to help the 3 people in front of me then unable to help me with the services i needed. There was a rather large language barrier for any of the English speaking customers including myself. Never had problems at this location before but they were rather unwilling to assist people with their requests and I watched each person leave confused and still in need of help.

I've been using a third-party website to ship items with UPS at a discounted rate. Whenever I dropped off my packages, the staff would notice the third-party billing labels and request extra payment due to the lower cost. This issue was more frequent when a specific older lady was working there.

Dropped off an Amazon return here, they never received it, I got charged. First and only time that’s ever happened, first and last time I use this store. My guess is they stole it, hard to he that incompetent.
