Went in to get a coloring service and was told it would be 70-100$ for 1 hour and a half OTP so I schedule it. I get there and she adds on a gloss which was NEVER discussed on the phone or communicated at all in person which ends up making the price twice as much for 230$ and it takes 4 hours!!!! The stylist did not ask me if I wanted a gloss and just threw it onto the bill. After washing my hair once the color has already faded a little on the top. Do NOT go to this salon whatever you do! The stylists are scammers.

Alexandra was such a sweet and wonderful sales clerk! I told her that I didn't know much at all about makeup and that I needed help. She was so kind as to follow me around the store, explain all the basic makeup products, and help me pick out makeup that worked perfectly to bring out my natural beuty. I had such a wonderful experience and felt so cared for. I would recommend anyone to ask Alexandra for help when they are in the store!

I love getting my hair cut at Ulta and have been going for a couple years now. I’ve even converted my boyfriend to getting salon cuts there. We had the BEST experience with DeeDee and would highly recommend her!
My boyfriend is cautious about getting his hair butchered. After booking with DeeDee, he said it’s the best cut he’s ever had. She worked amazingly from reference photos to give us exactly what we wanted. She was so patient and detail-oriented while cutting our hair. She even gave me excellent product recommendations for hair care and styling my new cut. So sweet and helpful!

No one offered to assist me. Circled around the store several times searching for a product, while a lady offered customer service to every white woman in my peripheral but me. Yet, she was in every dept. I was in.

The beauty consultants are good and knowledgeable. It is the best selection of makeup and hair items in one place for this area which is a plus. I would give them a 5 star review.
The salon needs a lot of work. They are unprofessional and I have had multiple bad experiences going back to October. I had highlights and low lights that make my hair turn out significantly darker than when I started. I had to come back two times for color correction. They did improve the color, but damaged my hair in the process.
Wanted to give them another chance so scheduled my daughters updo for prom two months ahead of time since there were 3 schools with proms that weekend. Our stylist moved to another salon and we were not notified. I received a text with link to see details of appointment two days before and it could not find an appointment. I called and they said that they found a stylist to come in early so they could honor the appointment. When we came in that Saturday our stylist was a no show. They did call around and help us find another salon to do the updo but was a lot of undue stress and we were behind schedule. I will still buy beauty products there but will not utilize the salon again.

I’m extremely disappointed in the customer service I received today. When I was checking out I was pushed to give my phone number to the woman at the register. I declined and she insisted I had to give her my number. I have been declining to give my number for lots of stores due to personal reasons. I have bought from this exact Ulta before and done this several times - but she persisted that I had to give her my number or I couldn’t purchase the item, which is wild to me. She ended up getting another employee who then told me I couldn’t do a return later for any reason even tho I got a valid receipt for purchasing the item…I have talked to customer service online with Ulta and called them to verify, and they say 1) this is “policy” completely untrue and 2) you can always make a purchase without a phone number. I’ve also seen Ulta employees online discussing this and the only reason you push customers so aggressively is because if an employee doesn’t meet a specific number of registrations then their hours might get cut. Some of your employees need to be retrained. There are many reasons people don’t give out their phone numbers, typically for safety reasons. You do not know my circumstances and it is not right that you force people into giving information they don’t want to give out. Please do better.

I was able to get a salon appointment with DeeDee basically on the same day for a haircut and express keratin treatment and she did amazing!! She was also very kind and funny which made me feel at ease during the appointment. Book with her!!

I went in needing help with a foundation match...Sydney was so sweet and tried several different colors until she found the exact one that matched me! She also helped me with eyeliner and other things! She was very knowledgeable and so kind! Then Hannah helped me find a new perfume! She was hilarious and patient! If ya need anything from Ulta ask one of these 2 girls! ?

I've gone to this Ulta 3 times already and every time I've gone all the employees are quite rude. Every time I've gone in, not one worker has asked me if I needed help finding anything. I understand people having bad days, which is why I just brushed it off, but after 3 times of going I feel like it's an issue to be brought up, and the Ulta in my hometown is always super welcoming and extremely helpful/nice. I went in today to find a skin tint but needed help picking a shade, so I asked a lady who was stocking up products if anyone would be available to help me. Not once did she look me in the eye and she was very short with me, then just told me I could test the shades out myself. I have no problem doing that, but I feel embarrassed trying to find a shade that I have no idea how to match in the first place. I go on to test 5 different shades on my own, going back and fourth from the products to the mirrors, and still then no one asked if I needed help. However, as I'm doing that, I see the same person I asked for help with helping out a customer, who is older. I felt belittled seeing as she didn't give me the time of day, but was extremely helpful to another lady. After that I walk to checkout and I see 3 workers behind the counter just talking to each other. I understand they could be on break or something, but just the fact that so many workers were just having conversations with each other and still no one asked if I needed help made me feel like I wasn't an important customer, which I believe that everyone should feel valued as a customer. The girl at the checkout was actually helpful with my transaction, but still had yet to see anyone who was genuinely nice. I will say, I believe it was the manager who I asked a question to once, and she was very nice, but I wish all of her employees would be that welcoming. I understand a job is hard at times, everyone has rough days, and no one is expected to be overly nice by any means. I always try to be nice and considerate because you never know what people are going through or dealing with on their own, but it's just the fact that this hasn't happened just once, it's been every single time. I've been many to many stores before and never have I felt how I've felt at this one. And maybe I just haven't asked the right employees for help yet, but I've just felt extremely belittled and not valued.

I was treated very well by the manager and floor staff when I was shopping for a gift. I was rudely treated and insulted by the cashier when I was checking out over opting out of their point system. So I return my purchase.
