There is this woman there names Kelsey Parks. Yall need to go to her guys she gives the best fades/beard trims. She also is a good talker and makes you feel less awkward.

I've come to this place 4-5 times. It's ok nothing to really to write home about but they can trim beards decently. Again not the best but good enough. I always do walk ins because my schedules wild. I came in today Saturday at 11:20 am. Dead, like literally no one sitting down. Only one of the hair stylist/barbers kid sitting in the lobby. They asked if I had an appointment, I said no. The girl behind the counter looked at me dead in the face and said " I can get you in at 4pm". I looked around dumbfounded and said there's no one, literally no one in here customer wise and there's 3-4 employees just sitting around. First off they didn't even ask what I needed. A beard trim is maybe a 10 minute job. Second the employees were just sitting around doing nothing. Even if there was appointments in 5 mins like she said (for only one of the hairstylists there- mind you there were 2-3 other people doing absolutely nothing) the appointment people could've waited 5 mins for me to finish. They just lost a customer for ever. This location, don't waste your time or money.

Do not recommend at all! Their customer service is terrible. Took my 80 year old father in for a shave and they "lost" his appointment. In a completely empty salon, they "couldn't fit him in" today. Business must be great if they're turning away customers. We'll find another place that's more customer-friendly, and where the staff is not solely focused on taking selfies. Don't waste your time here.

Don't go here often because of the location, but they are always meticulous and friendly and get me cleaned up for upcoming big events in life.

Kelsey was great! She made me feel very comfortable with easy conversation. She asked me questions about my hair throughout the haircut to make sure I got what I wanted. Will 100% be coming back!
