“Was having a bad creaking sound coming from front left area of our car. Was recommended to replace all shocks and struts to fix the issue and also brakes needed to be replaced due to wear. After spending a pretty penny, the sound still existed when I picked up the car. I took it back in and Bobby was able to identify some bushings and suspension arms needed to be replaced as well. They ended up taking care of parts and labor costs since we couldn’t fix it the first round. Extremely grateful for their willingness to re-address the issue and when presented a chance to do the right thing they delivered! Highly recommend!”
“We arrived and told the person outside we needed a new tire, so he sent us to park and talked to the people inside. We went, and they told us they were closed. Then, they sent us to the Bryan location, saying they closed an hour later, and we got there, and they were closed at the same time. It was all a waste of time.”

“I want to give a shout out to Big O Tires. My daughter had a flat, and made it there at 6:30. They plugged it and sent her on her way. It sounded strange, so she called them and went back, arriving 5 minutes before they closed. The gentleman told my husband (on the phone) he wouldn’t let his daughter drive on it, so he stayed past closing and put a new tire on for her. This is the first time she’s had car problems, and we are 5 hours away. She will now be using them for oil changes and everything else. Thank goodness there are still kind people!”
