Lady worker painted my toe nails and my skin and when I told the manager the lady worker tried to remove the polish before the manager could see. I asked that she not touch my feet because she started putting polish remover all over my skin excessively. The manager fixed it but the worker walked around with the tantrum of a 2 year old while screaming in her native language. Worst experience by far.

Been to many salons from California to Texas and beyond. The quality of the craftsmanship at Star nails exceeds all my expectations. Hayley and Daniel (the owners) are warm and welcoming. All of their employees are respectful and considerate. The salon is neat and clean. If you looking to build a long term relationship with a business….STAR NAILS is the place.

I have been going to Star Nails for over a year and Daniel does a wonderful job on my nails. When I get a pedicure I have never been disappointed. They always offer me something to drink and make sure I’m comfortable. I highly recommend star Nails!

Today I came to get a basic pedicure and was helped by Rose. This place is awesome to get pedicures!!! Today was the third time in a row visit from the past three months and I can tell you that everyone that has helped me the past three visits are so helpful and does a great when I request for a pedicure. Next time in my visit I will make sure to get a manicure and pedicure both at the same time I love the people here and the service. Thank you star nails for all you do!!

I have been going to to Star Nails off and on for over 14 years. I started going back every 2-4 weeks for the past 3 years again.
I’ve never had a bad experience! I’ve used every nail tech in there and always leave satisfied. My husband started joining me in pedicures and he is just as pleased.
They have the kindest staff who are always smiling. They offer us a drink when we sit and make sure we are comfortable the whole time in the chair.
They are prompt and efficient I never feel rushed they focus on my needs and complete them before moving to the next client.
Best nail salon around BCS!!!

I come here often, but I don’t know if they are upset because I don’t get my nails done here due to the fact that they do a poor job of laying the acrylic however I do come here and get my nails taken off. The soak off is normally $10, BUT TODAY THEY FELT THE NEED TO CHARGE ME $20. And I came less than a month ago for my previous soak off. I was never offered anything to drink like normal. Overall, just poor customer service!

Been going here for over 15 years and this is the best place. AAA+. Henry did my granddaughters nails and they are fabulous! Cute little red heart designs all over them. ❤️Hubby always gets pedicures here too. Love this place!

This was my first time here. I feel like I went to a different salon than everyone else. I went on New Year's Eve first thing in the morning. Daniel started my nails but this time my husband had dropped me off instead of me driving myself somewhere so I asked if I could get my pedicure at the same time for time reasons. I wasn't rude about it and would've just skipped it if they weren't able. He said he would try when someone else got there. They weren't busy I just got there early and no other techs were there. He flew through putting the acrylic on my nails. I pointed a spot out to him and he said it would be fine once filed. I asked if he could file under my nails to grind my natural nail down to prevent lifting and he said yes. After he put acrylic on he walked me to a pedicure chair for a pedicure and handed me off to someone else for filing. I think her name was Janet but I can't remember. She said hello to me and that was the only thing she said the entire time. She and the pedicure lady spoke to each other the entire time and not to me at all. My nails were not filed nicely. I have shellac in all the creases of my nails. She wasn't good at polish and had to clean up almost every nail she painted. For $17 extra I would think they would look better. I forgot about under my nails I noticed that when I left, they weren't grinded down. I thought that was standard but I'm finding it's not. My pedicure was just ok. My previous shellac was not soaked off, it was drilled off my toes. They are definitely not in favor of keeping your natural nails healthy at this salon. I wish I could get my money back so I could go somewhere else. I won't be back here. For the prices they charge I would think they'd give better service and not leave you with lumpy nails. I sought out a more expensive salon for a reason and this one was a let down.
