They damaged almost everything in my home. They broke the pedestal on my mango table, tried to fix it, and it was never fixed, right they busted my new refrigerator. We’re supposed to pay me back did not what respond had to take him to court. The judge was in my favor, still didn’t pay so whoever they do give a good job to, so happy for you, but they were horrible with me. I will never move again and Mike he’s a snake.

This is the second time we’ve used Sarge’s Moving Service. The crews are very nice, friendly, timely, clean, efficient. They had a sense of humor too which made the day more fun. I highly recommend them!

Hands down the best moving company in town. I have an interior design business and there’s no one else I would use to move my furniture. The staff is amazing and genuinely cares about every item they move. I’ve also used them for my personal move and did an exceptional job. If you want a stress free move look no further!

Positive: Best and competitive price I found. Responsive service and convenient online portal. Flexible scheduling. Nice and professional guys.
Negative: I didn't make them bring most boxes to individual rooms except for the master bedroom and bathroom when they asked me, but it was not done. Some furniture was dragged across our brand new wood floors. A bed frame got damaged in several places and they must have known because there was a makeshift repair to it, but we were not notified of it. Towels were packed right up against a toilet brush. I have a $500 microscope which I just found thrown in a box with other items without protection? I feel like that is common sense!

They were supposed to pack out the house one day & move us the next day or so. The packers for the most part did fine, were polite & nice. Neither my husband nor I were able to go behind them checking. They didn’t pack either of our personal closets & left pots & pans on the cabinets in kitchen. It was as if they took advantage of 2 older folks who werent able to go behind them checking. My husband even found one guys sleeping back in the BR with door closed, but didn’t report him!!

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!! I swear for your own sanity DO NOT! CHOOSE toddlers from a daycare, choose a pack of monkeys, choose rabid dogs, choose ANYONE BUT SARGES! We decided to choose Sarges Moving company for our move from Bryan to Amarillo at the beginning of the year. Mike (manager) was nice enough at the time and offered free boxes and a supposed discount since we were military. When signing the contract, we were only given the option of the basic coverage (which I now understand is only liability) and nothing else even though the web site states there is full coverage in different increments. Of course at signing the price was different than what was quoted but we were out of time sooooo.... Questions were asked and we were told by several people that moving our stuff would be no issue. They reassured me several times that my piano wouldn't be a problem and that they do it all the time. So, moving day comes, things are put into the truck by their employees. I was told at the time that they didn't have enough trucks working so they had to take a few trips and put my stuff into storage and then come back for the rest. Our stuff is delivered in Amarillo at the agreed upon date. As things are unloaded, I begin to see exactly how many scratches and dings are now on my furniture. Brand new $2000 tools with completely dented in casings. Boxes that are marked fragile crushed under boxes that are marked as heavy or garage tools. While the employees are unloading my dining room table, they dropped it in front of me and the corner was dented in. They of course picked it back up and put it in the dining room. A large flat screen TV with a 3-inch gouge now in the center of the screen. Piano with one of the pedals shoved up into the casing and bent at an unnatural angle and the casing of the piano is cracked. So of course, one of the employees thought he was being nice by reaching down and just bending it back to what he thought it should look like. When they moved the refrigerator in, they broke the handle. I mean seriously I could go on and on and on. At the end of them moving the rest of the items in we signed the claim info with everything that was wrong. The employees took pictures as well. We send everything back to Mike and several days go by and no contact. We are now the ones having to chase down what's going to be done to repair everything. I'm told to get someone to come out to give an estimate on the piano. We have a personalized wooden flag that's huge and missing as well. So fast forward, it takes about 2 weeks to get a full estimate of everything over to Mike. I do include pictures of the now missing flag. Weeks go by and nothing. My husband reaches out several times and it takes days to get a response. The flag is miraculously found (The hanger that was attached to the back with screws and tape is missing. So, for that to be off and the back NOT damaged it would have had to be taken off with a screwdriver so you can jump to your own conclusions about where the flag actually was). All pictures and items that were damaged were sent a second time and still nothing. It finally came to a very short time out from the 90 days I was told they had to close the claim and we were asked to send the info again because all photos were uploaded into a google doc and they didn't open it before the expiration. So, all items were sent for a 3RD time. Now here we are at the end of June (Move was in February) and we are being given roughly $300 for everything. Keep in mind the piano repairs for just bending the pedal back and tuning are over $200. My husband talks to Mike and admittedly I was enraged. I yelled and was quite verbal about how I felt about it all. And I FREELY admit it. But he, being Mike yelled back. He matched me quite nicely, their company f's up and does it with gusto their employees are perfectly within company guidelines to give back. Wish I could do that. This company out of all the other companies we've used is by far the best. We've had other companies scratch our furniture bc of improper covering/wrapping. This crew did very well, not a bump or scratch. Easy to make an appointment with them from the beginning all the way to very end. Appreciate having a great moving company in our community!

I used Sarge's to move a Safe that I recently purchased.The experience was Terrific! The moving crew was obviously well trained, they were professional and efficient. The crew arrived on time and made quick and effective use of their time. Their pricing was competitive and the value received was great. I am glad that I selected Sarge's for this move and would highly recommend their services.

The three guys that helped us are the best movers we ever used. Very professional, and worked hard. This was even an emergency call into them when my scheduled movers didn’t show up. They took care of us and we’re very friendly. If you want it done right give them a call. I highly recommend them.10 stars from me.

As a repeat customer, I was really bummed out when my final invoice was almost 150 dollars more than what I initially signed for, with an hour and half charge for more labor than what was actually done.My movers were interrupted by rain and asked, repeatedly, to reschedule. I accommodated since they were dragging their feet anyway, only for them to charge for their “minimum of two hours” for that day. When they came back, they actually worked two hours, and the initial bill was just for 2 hours. The fraudulent bill had 4. Luckily, my bank refunded this money, but it left quite the sour taste in my mouth.Keep your receipts!

I moved back in July of 2022. The crew they sent was less than professional. Every single item they loaded on a dolly and bounced them down 3 flights of stairs. This included all of my furniture which they damaged due to not wrapping them in blankets. I asked them multiple times to wrap them in blankets and I was ignored. I tried to call Sarges multiple times during the move but no one answered. The cost was double the quote even though exact information was provided. The crew of 3 was very slow and just didn't care. They didn't care so much that during unloading my grandmother's nightstand rolled down the ramp due to again being loaded on a dolly and falling off. They took three water bottles from my house without permission and dumped all their trash on my lawn when they left. I have filed a claim, Mike came over and took all the information. Never heard from him again. I called in January 2023 and they sent a new guy to collect the same information Mike collected earlier. Still haven't heard from them even though I've asked Jaime to call me multiple times. Worst experience ever. Jaime give me a call and take care of your current customers.
