The give excuses not to do headlight restoration every time I ask about this service. Excuses ranges from I have to make an appointment exclusively on the app, manpower shortage, or rain forecast.

Absolutely worst customer service on the member service number and dang near impossible to get anyone in corporate to handle an over charge on my credit card. Billion dollar companies should have better customer service

I really like going to that club, I always find what I need, my only observation and complaint is that when I buy a soda cup from the pizzeria they no longer have lids for the cup. I hope they fix that soon.

A cashier name Destiny was very helpful and kind. She had a great smile. She was helping me with the Sam's club app. I was having trouble using it but now I can use the scan and go. She was giving information about the app. I didn't know you could use it at the gas station. while she was scanning my groceries. She was very patient and looked happy to be at her job. I know there are mixed reviews about this Sam's Club. But she was excellent. When I go next time I hope to see her there with that nice friendly attitude. She is one of those employees that would go the extra mile and to make your shopping a little less stressful.

I've been a Sam's customer for years by have recently been dissatisfied. I purchase my Shiner Bock from Sam's. About two months ago Shiner Bock increased in price from $26 and change to approximately $29.00. Last month the price increased to $39.00. I even called Spoetzl Brewery to find out what was going on. They said they hadn't increased their prices, it must be the distributors or retailers. I expressed my doubt but today I visited a Coscos in Ft Worth. To my surprise, Shiner Bock was $26.39 per case, about what I paid for it one year ago at Sam's. So until the College Station Cosco is built and open, I'll be driving to Cypress Cosco for my shopping.

Not impressed with checkout person. No greeting, just pointed to where she wanted my cart and asked for my card. When she was finished, she handed me my receipt and said, "Here you go." No thank you. No have a nice day. This was at 9:48 and they were not swamped by any means. If there was an alternative, I'd definitely go there instead.

Highly recommend not coming here. They make you wait like crazy, their pharmacy assistants don't know what they're doing, and the head lady wouldn't give me my meds due to something I've never heard of. I've been getting those meds for 10 years. Crazy

They told my that the could not repair my tire and that the hole was too close to the tire wall. They put on a new one but I requested to keep the “old” one. After seeing where the leak was, it was no where near the tire wall. I went to Discount Tire and they were SO MUCH NICER. They tried to call Sams Club to call them out, but they never pick up the phone. After though, seeing that sam’s club scammed me, they patched my old tire for free in a timely manner and sent me on my way. GO TO DISCOUNT TIRE AND NOT SAMS CLUB!!!

I'm sure there are cheaper clubs but we don't have a Costco. I enjoy the variety of markdowns especially around Christmas. I like seeing what's new this time. And I love the fresh fruits and milk snd I just enjoy the cheap Lucy's of pizza or hot dogs. Great drinks snd yogurt.

Battery change was quick and easy. Staff was wonderful. All wore masks. Jason went above and beyond. He should get a raise! Highly recommend.

this is the absolute worst sams club ever, they are part of walmart so we shouldn't expect too much customer service.
