I have never had the chance to visit the boutique however their selection is great. It is unfortunate their service and client mindset does not match. I do not live in the area and unfortunately my gift card expired before I could use it. In requesting it be re-instated, for a small amount, the gals in the store were super nice however they were not given any leeway by the owners to make an exception. I will be leaving my cart full of holiday gifts on their website and purchase elsewhere.

I see their TV ad all the time, so when we were in the area, I had to stop by and wasn't disappointed. Loved the atmosphere, their merchandise, and although they didn't have my size in a couple of items I bought a cute little jewelry case. I'll definitely go back when we're in the area!

I ordered several dresses for a wedding online and wasn’t satisfied with any of them. Walked into Sabi the week before the wedding and instantly found the perfect dress. Love the atmosphere and friendliness.

Marisol with Sabi Boutique provided me the best customer service I've received in a LONG time. I purchased an item online that seemingly wasn't available anywhere else. It unfortunately arrived in rough condition. When I reached out, Marisol was quick to respond and offer to replace the item as long as I shipped back the original item (totally fair).They sent out a replacement item that was wrapped in tons of bubble wrap, and in a box to ensure it arrived in good condition. Marisol couldn't have been more kind. Though I live in Minnesota, I will continue to order from Sabi Boutique in the future simply because of the fantastic customer service they provided.

I had ordered a journal from their website (a journal that was unavailable through soooo many other websites!) and I selected “pick up in store” because I checked the street address and saw it was not not too far from my house! But I didn’t check what state it was in ???♀️ So I called the boutique and they were so sweet, fixed the delivery method with a simple link to pay for shipping and I still get my journal!! SO EXCITED! Thank you for being awesome!
