What a wonderful atmosphere, from the professional, kind front desk personnel to the calming music. Also, there is a real estate agent on the premises to assist you.

This place is awful and their employees are so unethical. There is not enough space or words to describe how unethical the realtor that works here was. Please do yourself a favor and find another real estate agent. This place is awful, buyer or seller BEWARE! Do not use this place!

I recently encountered a very frustrating situation and reached out to Jan Batchelor who is a Realtor at Cortiers Real Estate....she was empathetic and beyond helpful! She took action immediately, and made things happen the very same day that otherwise might have been weeks being resolved.I recommend Jan Batchelor without reservation, and promise you all your needs will be satisfied with her as your Realtor!! She truly cares about her clients, and does everything possible to provide the most excellent service possible. You will be in great hands with a caring professional like Jan!

Phil Callahan is our agent. He has gone above and beyond to show us homes in the BCS area. He has over 30 years experience in this market and can provide all of the information you need to make an educated decision. We are in the process of closing on our property. Phil continues to be there every step of the way on our behalf. Please give him a call if you are in the market to buy or sell property in the Bryan/College Station area. You'll be glad you did!

We worked with Julie Sun... If you are thinking of working with this agent, word of advice.... RUN THE OTHER DIRECTION...FAST! We rented a property that she managed with Cortiers, where she is/was employed, and it was hands down the worst experience ever! Our lease and pictures of the property including the description showed a back yard which was privately fenced. Instead we had a 6x10 Concrete slab/patio with no grass or yard and it was shared with our neighbors who would do drugs consistently on their patio. We made Julie aware of the situation and she told us that the tenants were nice and there was nothing she could do, even though it clearly states that no illegal activity was allowed. After a month of arguing we FINALLY got a fence to separate us from them. Our A/C was also out for 5 days leading up to move out when it was over 108* outside and 90* inside the house, she lost our move in inventory so she tried to charge us for everything that was preexisting, thankfully we had picture proof. Hands down, the WORST experience with the most unprofessional person!

The negative experience by joseph lee below is the exact same as ours. We rented in cs area from 2015 to 2017. Julie Sun was our contact person for property. Rude and inconsiderate in dealings. Putting the burden of maintenance and wear and tear of property during use (and previous tenant) on tenant was common practice.

I have never in my life worked with a realtor. Honestly, it's probably because I thought they'd rip me off.BUT! I am so glad we chose Re/MAX. Working with Cindy H. Davis has been a pleasant experience. You can tell that she truly cares about putting you in a home that you are going to be comfortable in. With years and years of experience she knows the good, the bad and the ugly. I would recommend them to anyone looking at selling/buying homes.

I lived in an apartment managed by Aggieland Houses and Cortiers Realty from October of 2015 to May of 2017 and I feel it is important that I share my experience with anyone considering signing a lease. It is important that I immediately make clear to anyone considering signing a lease with Aggieland Houses and Cortiers Realty of what I feel is an unusually disreputable quality of personnel they will be dealing with for the term of their lease. It is my wholehearted opinion that the Aggieland houses Managing Director and the Cortiers Realty Broker are rude, crooked, and manipulative, additionally I believe Aggieland Houses will attempt to weasel every last cent out of you.
