Tried calling to speak to someone. Loud noise of static with an automated recording. I could hear the recording and my gut is telling me this is not the place from looking at the reviews

There is no one at the front desk. Calls do not get anwsered. Website doesnot allow me to schedual apointments at this location. I waited for 5+ hours and was forced to leave before recieving ant servaces.

This is the worst experience I've ever had in a Quest. Even those with appointments left because they had been waiting over an hour past their appointment time and had to get back to work. Us walk-ins on the other hand sat there for seven hours, just to be treated rudely by the staff. The walk-in line was eighteen people long and did not move once in seven hours. Multiple people who fasted had to leave because they felt they would pass out before getting seen.
If you leave the room to go to the bathroom or to take care of your child and they call your name, your name is crossed out, and you will not be seen. Not to mention, the waiting room is very small and cannot seat everyone, so some people can't hear their name being called in the first place.
Staff took a two and a half hour lunch break in which they completely disappeared and saw no one (even those with appointments during that time frame.) One staff member was seen sitting on the floor in a closet for an hour.
Oh yeah, and no receptionist, just a TV blasting the same 23 lines over and over until you think you're going clinically insane.
If you need something that should take a maximum of 5 minutes and don't want to waste your whole day, maybe try somewhere else. <3

UPDATE - made an appointment. doesn’t matter. been waiting an hour
if you didnt make an appointment on their garbage website, you might as well be waiting for a brick wall to come alive and start singing and dancing. never been to a place so utterly disrespectful for clients.

You really need to hire more people!! This is a busy lab and service can be super slow. Not because the workers are bad or slow but because they regularly only have 1 or 2 people working. I've been here an hour and a half just to get routine blood work. Several people here are getting drug screening. Honestly should have 2 different people working on these. You absolutely need to schedule an appointment here. That's my bad this round.

If you have an option to go anywhere else, go elsewhere! Had an appointment scheduled and when I used the kiosk to check in, my appointment was not in their system. Had to be on standby as a walk in. Couldn’t even talk with anyone, since they don’t have a receptionist.

I first tried to walk in. Waiting room overflowing, no receptionist. There was a sign about appointments being seen first.Next, I tried to get an appointment online. The process just went on and on. I gave up. You can go to LabCorp across the street. Easy peasy. I will never waste time at Quest again. It's like being treated like cattle. Hire a receptionist and allow customers to make an appointment by phone. Understaffing for corporate profit making.

Do not come here without an appointment. I thought for a drug test I would be fine just coming in as a walk-in but it seems like their system will never put a walk-in above any appointments even when it would take all of five minutes for a drug test. This is the only time I have ever needed to get an appointment for a drug test.
