Daniel has to be the most ill qualified person I have ever came in contact with at a Part House store! You know what you did Daniel! I'm the spark plug patron that came in that you laughed at when you realized you made a mistake and I drove 45 min to your store . I called and you said you had it remember? I'm not upset the fact you made a mistake but you laughed and coukd card less.. what you say... it literally 1.5 miles down the road to another store that you said had it but did not! Any corporate manager you should be aware this employee don't care about your business or patrons..I will go to napa from now on!

I was very disappointed with their car batteries. my Super Start Battery was purchased 3 years ago and has failed twice and I was charged a "pro rated amount:" each time to replace. So essentially I pad for this battery twice Full Price the first time and then about 1/2 each of the times I replaced it . Now since I kept paying you would think the warranty would renew when they replaced the battery. Nope !!!! No way ! Even though I had PAID to replace it on two different occasions The warranty on a 6 month old battery was no good. You would think that if you sold/gave someone a new Premium battery and it failed especially after your tech stated "I have had to replace 4 of these since yesterday afternoon!" You would replace it out of shame your were selling such a shoddy product. If it was full replacement at no charge I might accept the warranty expiration but since I was forced to "pro-rate" the warranty should reset.
I chose to take my business to Napa Auto Parts. All my other vehicles use Napa batteries and I am never hassled about warranty.

Had to return some wipers that just would not fit into my VW (typical). The man who helped me processed my return and suggested a different set of wipers. He then assisted installation to make sure they went on correctly. Those VW are sticklers for being difficult when it's not needed??♀️?
Thanks for the assist!! ?

This O’Reilly store is conveniently located near my home. I shop here for my DIY auto repair when possible. I visited this week because I needed a new battery in my GMC Savana. The battery I replaced I purchased at the same store in August 2017. Thank you O’Reilly for a battery that lasted 6+ years!

Well! I stopped in today 7/26/23 around 6 pm. Apparently I was invisible in a bright pink shirt wondering around trying to decide which bulb to purchase for my Honda civic brake light. Since NO ONE was going to ask if I need any help. I finally ask Taylor for some help. Obviously he wasn't thrilled since he was standing next to the shelves eating pizza. After looking around he picks out the bulbs I need & I pay for them. Naturally I have questions as to how to change it out. Taylor tells me to look on YouTube because there are literally millions of videos which will show me how to do it myself. I asked if I need any tools ? He says no. I'm thinking ok! Because I sure don't want to get a ticket since I don't know how to change out a bulb for my brakes. And gee Mr auto parts store clerk! I get it. I'm taking you from your pizza but could you do better than that ? Welp I go outside & grab my owners manual & I start trying to pull the holder for the bulb. I look in my manual & it states I need a different size. Back into the auto parts store & this time a guy with blond curly hair looks it up but assures me it's the right bulb. I suppose I should not ever refer to the owners manual because these two geniuses are sure not going be more forthcoming. Do I need to mention that it's 101out there? In Texas ? No? Ok. After being unsuccessful trying to remove the other bulb, I decide to drive home. At this point I was hoping a cop would pull me over because I was going to ask him for help. Because gosh darn it all, O'reillys sure doesn't go above & beyond to help any customers. All I can say is that in the past I've had really nice people assist me. Clearly it was my fault I went to O'Reillys. Guess where I'll go the next time I need something ??? Damn shame! I've used O'Reillys since they were Hi/Lo in the late 90's. Awful customer service. I was very surprised. Wonder if they would let their mom/wife/sister etc drive around with a burn out brake light ??? Because guess what? I do not have family & I had just left Physical Therapy this afternoon at Baylor Scott & White so the last thing I needed was such indifference. At least at a convenient store buying a bottle of Gatorade I get greeted and told to have a nice day. Imagine my surprise when I read that they can in fact install a simple brake light bulb. Hmmm Must be nice but the store located in College Station on hwy 6 is NOT the place to go to if you need assistance. Never again !
