“I HIGHLY recommend Brazos Valley Automotive! I had my sons truck at a local dealership for a week and they couldn’t diagnose the issue. I did my own research on a FB forum and told the dealership what I was told look for. Using my research they the diagnosed the issue and said it would be around $1800+ tax to repair. I called up BVA, talked to Pat and asked what they would charge for the same repair. He said it would be $1105 out the door. He also mentioned that he didn’t think everything that was quoted from the dealer would need to be replaced and that he wanted to re-diagnose the issue. After having the truck for a few hours they quickly discovered the problem. They fixed the issue in less than a day and only charged me $360. I can’t say enough about their honesty, professionalism and knowledge. I will only take my vehicles to Brazos Valley Automotive moving forward. Thank you Pat and the entire BVA team!”

Seems to be a lot of turnover, but finally has a manager that has stuck and has wonderful customer service. I had a concern with my car while driving out of state. “Needed a place that was open a bit later for my car inspection, called ahead to make sure they were open and the inspector was still there about an hour before they closed--they said yes of course, and I headed that way. Pulled up about 25 min later, gave them all the necessary info, they had several staff members walk around the car and go through the inspection items very quickly and entered the info in the system. Got us going back on our way super quickly; we didn't even have to get out of the car/unload all the kiddos or anything! All of the staff members were very friendly and efficient. We will be back here for sure!”
